An all round 5* Service. I approached Pinkstones for an electric MG ZS and they have gone all out. I took delivery on Friday 22nd and they even delivered it 70+ miles to our home. Customer service has been excellent and a good follow up afterwards too. Garrie the Manager and Neal - Vehicle sales gent couldn't of been more helpful. The vehicle is wonderful. Couldn't be happier. I went to Pinkstones to look around not knowing what car to buy. I was greeted by salesmen Botan Usman. He brought me an umbrella out, it was throwing it down. He gave up his lunch break to assist me, he was very friendly and his customer service was excellent. He listened to my needs and showed me a few cars. We went out for a test drive and I loved the car. We went to go through the finance side and agreed a deal. On collection for the car it was very quick and thorough, not like other garages I’ve been where it took a long time. He went above and beyond, after the sale he did a follow up call make sure everything was ok with the car which was great. All round excellent experience and I would definitely recommend the garage to a friend.

After service definitely needs a lot of work. I bought my car online/phone was told there was no leeway on the price because £600 - £800 had been spent on the car but they would throw in a 13amp & type 2 charging lead along with some MG mats, on arrival of car the mats were used so were probably already in the car, the 13 amp charging cable was also in a used condition & would have come with the car anyway, seems they must take things out then offer them back as extras. There are also camera problems on the car which were there when the car was sold to me, I was told by the manager that he would not expect his staff to check everything on a car before selling it on ?? The car drives beautifully and is very comfortable but that is down to MG not the dealership. The manager was rude on the phone to me ( as I was back to him but only because of his initial rudeness to me ) I asked for some compensation with an opening amount of £600 but was told that nothing would be forthcoming so no negotiation at all. This has all been going on for some time so have lost the time in which I could give the car back ?? No wonder they are #52 of 59 in Stoke
