Avoid this dealer at all costs. It's run by Peter James Howe ....aka Pete Comes across a helpful and friendly, but actually is totally hopeless. Bought a Renault Magane in April 2023 its never been right and is now booked in with a main Renault dealer for inspection and repair. I intend to recover the cost of this through the court. This dealer is that bad.

purchased a car from this company - made sure they were giving a warranty as i stay in Scotland, for piece of mind as its a long way to go if things go wrong. also it was a lot of money for a car for things to go wrong. they assured me all was good with car and took pictures of cam belt etc as this was an important thing as car was high miles, they said all was good but for piece of mind they would give a long warranty. This is where it all went bad, the sale went smooth, car delivered, all good but after 2 months Still No Warranty and Car in Garage!!!!!! they did not answer my calls and messages, and now they say the person who sold me the car no longer works there? Well Sorry does not matter who Sold it - it was PJH Trading it came from! All i want is my warranty to sort my car, before the garage starts any work on it.
⛔️⛔️⛔️⛔️‼️Purchased an Audi 2013 from PJH quality used cars LTD , Warrington just recently (1st Feb 2022) My car is still in warranty and it’s been back twice ! He sold me a car with a start stop engine fault issue, leaking sunroof and leaking oil. Promised to resolve all jobs and lied !!! Discovered just first week !! The car still has faults even though he had My car for 12 days !!! I’m now rejecting the car under consumer 2015 rights. He pretends to get jobs done (like someone else previously stated on here) !! I just wish I would have further investigated but given Peter’s personality on meeting him he comes across as nice and then changes when something goes wrong !!! He offered me a full refund although stated an email would be coming from a 3rd party (I’ve wasted almost 2 week now) LIAR !!! The car I spent £8k on is not fit for purpose. I’m now taking this Rogue trader to Court. Be Aware people !!! See photos !!!! Do thorough checks !!
