Bought a Nissan juke from Platinum Motor Company a few months ago and today my door handle snapped off in my hand, I phoned to say because it's still under its 3 month warranty, didn't want to know his reply was it's your problem and when you get 4 punctures I,ll fix them aswel, that to me is very unprofessional, a warranty is a warranty in my eyes no matter how minor, stay away from them there a bunch of Arthur dailys, give you all the spcheel and once they've had their money they dont care less once you,ve left their garage, and the car was stinking and had to pay £25 to have it valeted
First time I've been mocked and insulted by a salesman hoping to secure a sale. The car looked in great condition, but we walked away from Platinum Motor Company and the sale.

Please don't buy a car from Tony and his sales people sold me a Nissan primer dodgy brakes turbo blew up within days. Platinum Motor Company not interested in you once they have got your money.
I am very pleased with my Honda Civic. I have had it for a few months now and I have had no issues at all. It was nice and clean and in great condition and up to now It's been running perfectly.

My secomd car from this dealership. Trades in my vehicle for an upgraded model which i wanted. The manager went out of his way to find this particular model. Overall experiance was good. No issues
Dont bother paying a holding deposit on a car with these people. Rang in morning, paid £200 deposit to hold the car and said i would be there at about 2 pm to buy it. Arrived at 2,30 after driving for 3 hr to do 138 miles only to be advised on arrival that they had just sold the car to someone else who had turned up with out paying a deposit or telling them he was on his way. 5.5 hours driving and 276 miles to have a row. Deposit and petrol repaid but no compensation for 6 hrs out of my life.
Please please please do not buy anything from them people. This is what happened to me. They take your money then leave you stranded when car breaks down. Then they take car back then don't repair it so they end up with your money and the car back. They just leave car parked up and left to rot so you loose either your money and left with broken car or they take car back and your left without no money and no car.
All in all I'm pleased with my experience, I knew which car I wanted before I walked in so the sale was very direct and to the point. The car has had a few little niggles but nothing worth complaining to Platinum Motors about.

The people at Platinum Motor Company were alright, I wont complain too much although I'm sure the car has been in a minor crash and I have had to spend a fair bit getting it perfect to drive. I would have appreciated being told about this beforehand but everything has worked out well in the end.

Absolutely horrendous, the car broke down almost immediately, it's had so many faults and the warranty doesn't mean anything. I've spent nearly £600 on it already. They never call back when I've contacted them about the problems. On the day he just went here's the keys and off you go, they don't want to know once they have the money. I wouldn't want anybody else buying a car from here it's been awful.
