They're a top bunch of people. It's a lovely area to sit in, there's somewhere for the kids to play, and loads of cars to choose from. Touch wood it's been a lovely little car so far. Overall a pleasant experience, I'm very happy with our choice. I'll give them 4.5 stars, only because the payment system took a bit of time to go through when trying to reserve the car.

The staff were great there - they offered me drinks and it was a very relaxed approach. I'm enjoying the car, it's a nice drive. I'd happily go back there and I'd recommend to others.

When I was buying the car from Ponko, I found there wasn’t much movement on the price during negotiations, and a couple of things weren’t quite as I’d have liked. Aside from that, the environment was relaxed, and the team there were friendly. I think I’d buy from them again, but I’d try to haggle a bit more next time.

I did feel very welcome there, it's the first time I've been to a dealership to buy a car, and they really looked after me. One downside was that it only came with a month warranty so I had to pay extra for a longer warranty for peace of mind. When we went on the test drive I could hear a knocking noise, then when I was driving home I heard it again so I took it back the next day and they sorted it out whilst I waited. All of them were really nice. It's so reassuring that I can go back there and they'd support me.

It was a really good experience, but I need to speak to them about the servicing because the oil light has come on. The car is lovely aside from that. They looked after me well and helped me out there.

My son and me visited Ponko in August and bought a used Seat Ateca. Our experience was pleasant and problem-free. We had travelled from Nottingham so lack of hassle was important for us. We had made an appointment the previous day which proved to be a great benefit as the dealership quickly became very busy. Everything went smoothly...Kai was very helpful and patient. My son and his family are happy with the Ateca so smiles all round. The offer of complimentary coffee on arrival was a good touch and your waiting area is comfortable. Attentive service without being pushy was also welcome. Full marks for Ponko and regardless of the distance fron us, I would recommend your service.
