My new Ford Focus is absolutely lovely, so big thanks to Ponko! We discovered one of the tyres was perforated after the sale, but they replaced it for me quickly so I really cant fault them.

After sorting out some initial problems, the car's been fine ever since. I've not done any big trips in it or anything but all's perfect. We encountered issues a couple of weeks after buying the car which was disappointing, but the staff at Ponko were very helpful and sorted everything out. They even made sure I had a courtesy car whilst the repairs were completed, so I'm really happy with how everything was handled.

The guys didn't even know we were coming as Autotrader hadn't notified them. Couldn't have been more helpful! Would highly recommend.

Phil at Ponko made sure everything was straightforward, quick and got everything sorted for me. Unfortunately, we no longer have the Kia as someone drove into the back of it while it was parked… but we enjoyed the brief time we had with it.

Ayman was pretty quick and efficient overall. I suppose if I'm being critical, there was a bit of a longer wait than I'd have liked to sign the documents, but that's only very minor.

Everything's fine with the car so far - It's doing really well and the service we received when buying it was great.

We purchased the Peugeot for our daughter and she's thrilled with it! She's actually down in Gloucester in it today, so it's certainly had a good run out! She lives within walking distance to Ponko and has purchased a handful of cars from them before their name change, The car's working absolutely fabulously and she's very happy in deed!

I'm so very, very happy with Ponko and we'll be using you again for sure - You guys are brilliant!! Even your coffee's fantastic haha! My daughter was amazed by your choice of cars etc and she's finally got her driving test tomorrow, Fingers crossed she passes so she can start enjoying her new Polo 🤞🏼

The service I received at Ponko was absolutely 5 star. I think it was Kai (but could be wrong!) who sold me the car and he was great. As a first time car buyer I felt in very safe hands. He was patient, knowledgeable and just came across as a really honest and trustworthy bloke. I love my new and first ever car- it's perfect. The whole experience was outstanding.

A few months ago I got in my head that I wanted a new car, I used to have a Suzuki Swift, which is what pushed me to get another. I live around 2 hours from Ponko, but they had the car I wanted and I'm happy to say the staff and the car was worth the journey, they were very helpful. I would go back again, but they are a little to far away from me to promise that it would have to be the right car.
