So far, so good with my Mazda. It’s going in for a service soon, but as it stands, everything seems fine. James was great throughout the process easy to deal with. I knew what I wanted, so any pressure on the day was from me, not them. Based on the sale alone, it's a definite 5 stars. We'll see what the mechanic says, but no complaints so far.

I have a small issue with my parking sensors that I need to get looked into but otherwise the car is perfect and driving okay. Adam was very helpful.

My BMW 4 Series is going good so far, it runs really nicely. I had a Polo before, so this has been a big step up but I'm enjoying it. The guys at the dealership were alright – no pressure, which I appreciated. To be honest, I already knew I wanted the car before I even got there. Only bit of feedback (from my mum!) would be to maybe just smile a bit more. But overall, a good experience.

Everything is okay with my Ford Mondeo from here. I'm happy with the car and James who looked after me was great and made sure it all went okay.

Recently I got my Mercedes A-Class from Ponko and so far it's been going good. I've arranged to bring the car back to Ponko next week because I've had the engine management light come on a couple of times, so just wanted to get it checked. But the team has been really nice to deal with and everyone has been lovely to deal with.

I can't remember the salesman that looked after me but his service was really good and I can't fault it. The only thing I need to follow up on is a space key because I was told that I would get 2, but it only came with one. Otherwise, the car has been all good and driving well.

Everything with my BMW has been going good and it's a wonderful motor, it does what it needs. It was to my understanding that the wheels and the body work was going to get done but I don't think it was but they did knock some money off for the wheels. Overall the team at Ponko were great and I was happy with there service.
