My daughter loves the car we brought from Ponko. When we saw the Kia Sportage there, we thought it was very clean. The staff weren’t pushy at all which was good regarding any extra packages with the purchase.

The people were really nice, good salespeople. Regarding the vehicle, I did feel a bit let down. Apart from that, Jacks service was lovely and found him to be good at his job.

All good with Ponko, simple and quick process. Going through the paperwork was fine, all standard. The MG 3 is all good and working which I thought it would.

My parents chose Ponko and I really like the color of the Volkswagen golf we purchased. The customer service was fine; with the whole experience I would rate it 5 stars.

All good so far. I chose Ponko because of they offered the car and price I wanted. I would say the knowledge on the cars could’ve been better, but the service was very good. The test drive was smooth which was fine.

Everything was smooth at Ponko. I got recommended by a family member and I was impressed with Kye’s service. He stayed late to help me with the finance which was very nice of him.

4. All worked well on the day of purchase and think we've got a good car. A couple of things that we have picked up since purchase that would have been good to have sorted. Eg boot struts not working, and issues with windscreen washer pump.

Happy days at the moment with Ponko! The MOT situation could’ve been better but otherwise, the actual sale of the car was all really easy. In that respect, it was all good.

The car is great, the service was all good. Overall I would rate 5.

Customer service was good. Despite being really busy they were patient about the fact I wanted to see and drive numerous cars. When I got home I was disappointed to discover the boot cover doesn't work and there was a small chip in the windscreen - neither are awful, but they'll cost a lot for me to fix in comparison to how much an established garage could have fixed them for. Overall though, I'm happy with the car.
