Richard on reception and Jack the salesman, who we dealt with, were both very good. It was a really positive buying process, and the Peugeot 208 has been excellent ever since the purchase back in May.

Everything at Ponko whilst I was there buying the VW Golf was good. Other than a small issue I've had with the back air vent, which they are aware of and have agreed to repair for me, which I'm just waiting for. I'd still give my experience five stars.

The Audi A1 is a nice car, and I've been enjoying it. The whole experience was good, and I haven't had to go back to them with any issues.

Not been getting on too bad with the BMW 1 Series. There are a few small issues which I am going to contact them about, but I have a warranty on the car, which is good. Overall the buying of the car was good and quick.

My experience with Bogdan at Ponko was fantastic. He guided me through every step of the purchasing process seamlessly and with genuine kindness. He went above and beyond by helping me set up road tax and insurance. He even offered me his charger when he noticed my phone was running low on battery!
