We looked online and found the car we liked so went to Ponko. The gentleman who looked after us, Adam, was lovely. He deserves the best and more. Little issue we discussed on the day that needs fixing but I’ll sort it myself and I don’t have the v5 yet but I’d recommend this company to others.

Car is fine so far. They had the car I was looking for, it ticked a lot of boxes so we went to see it. The sales process was really good. Philip was nice when we were there, very thorough, can't complain. He did a good job.

My experience was fine, no problems at all. Ponko had the right car and are really local to us. The sales approach was fine, drove away same day. It was a good experience because they got on with it, no mucking around. Car had an MOT done in the morning which meant we weren’t waiting around too long.

All went alright when I was there. I know the company so chose them to buy a car from. Team were good. Ponko are modern and efficient. The salesman Adam was good, no complaints.

Nothing wrong with the car, had few things checked over. I just wanted to get a couple different opinions and basically there wasn't. Overall good service. I wanted a specific car so went to Ponko and the sales guy was good, he understood what I was talking about which helped.

I’d been looking for a few months and I chose the best car I saw out of four from different locations. I love the Audi I bought but they changed the value of my trade in which I didn’t like, they nearly lost a customer but I wanted the Audi so did the deal. Did a good job, car was clean. Bit pushy with the warranty but I took one out as they only offered me a 30 day standard. Sat nav doesn’t work as it needs programming, I’m not paying for it to be done but overall i'm satisfied with the car.

There was a camera issue but its now working. I gave four stars as I didn’t get a response to some questions I had relating to some other issues but overall, my experience was pretty good. I guess I would recommend them to others.

One of the best dealerships i've been to. Their customer service felt more personal. I would go back. Toni was really good, friendly and answered any questions I had. Made it better by making sure I was still cared to as other customers were coming in. I was able to drive away the same day.
