This is my second time buying from Ponko. Just like the first time, I thought everyone I dealt with at the dealership was great, and I'd definitely consider using them again.

Everything's going great from day one it’s been really good. I fancied a change and wanted something a little bit nicer than the car we used to have. We seen the X Trail online and it was the spec we wanted, took the 3 and a hour train journey, long but worth it haha. The offices and showroom were very nice and welcoming. The guy we dealt with was great too had a great personality and gave me a test drive and just made the whole interaction really, definitely 5 stars.

Had no problems at all, it was a simple buying process for me, went in asked some questions which were answered in detail, took the car for a test drive and then bought it. Doesn't get easier than that. I found the dealership to be honest and the advert that they posted was also fair and honest so I can't complain. 5 stars.

I was looking specifically for a Mercedes A class when I came across ponko. I went to the dealership in person to view and was pleased that everything was exact as the advert, there was nothing that had been hidden from me. I dealt with Adam who was really nice. He made sure the car was valetted and ready to go. Overall I would give them a rating of 5.

I got my previous car from Ponko so I decided to try the again as wanted a bigger car and its been a good experience again. Philip who helped me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

My old van blew up before Christmas, so I found the Ford transit offered through Ponko which was what I wanted, and I’ve been getting on well with it. It was a quick service as I was in & out, I'd give them five stars as they didn't do nothing wrong for me.

My experience with the dealership was good. The spec of the car caught my eye with only one owner and full service history. My only issue is I haven’t received the vehicle log book so I need to call them to chase it up. Adam was great and easy to deal with, even during the test drive he showed us all the features with the car.

Our old astra was dead, it was going to cost more to repair than it was worth to say the least, so we upgraded into something a little bit newer, it’s a little smaller inside but it more than does the job. The Astra's heater didn't even work so anything with a heater after the winter we're having was a bonus haha. We'd actually bought a car from Ponko before they were Ponko many years ago and after having a look at different places and found the right car at a reasonable price here. There were lots of little things like having a coffee and making people feel welcome, it’s the little details. You know what's it’s like after looking for several days at cars, you’re sick to death. I know it sounds daft but even someplace you can have a cup of coffee, chat to people and that has a toilet makes a big difference. It’s like a personal touch that makes them go the extra mile. They're very good!

Had a good relationship with the customer service team from Ponko. Philip who dealt with me was very good, they were the convenient option for me. There was an initial problem however that was dealt through which I was grateful for. Good communication throughout.

I’m loving it! Very good experience with Ponko, My wife found the car online,. Everything was so smooth, Philip who dealt with me was excellent and put you at ease throughout the process. I had a small issue with the rear wiper but I've replaced the motor so its fine. There was no pushy sale, it sold itself! No pushing or pressure off them at all. We recommended them to some friends, considering for how long Ponko has been around for, that alone says something.
