appalling attitude and total lack of service. a complete let-down! Failure to provide a service. I have been a regular customer of Poole Audi for several years and never experienced such poor attitude . My recent visit to Poole Audi was neither premium nor satisfying. Having just recovered from a major cancer operation I was hoping for a painless visit. I booked my Audi A6 in for its inspection service in January together with a required courtesy car as part of my 4 year Audi service plan. Received several emails requesting license details and DVLA sharing codes as required for the courtesy car. I arrived at 09.47 for a 10am slot after 30 mins my patience was dwindling, a young girl came over to say the wait was due to my worksheet sitting on someone's desk, who was on a hospital apt and therefore I had been ignored, added to which there is no courtesy car available. There was nothing they could or would do about it, so being unable to stay sitting for hours I cancelled. Therefore, I was left without a booking or a courtesy car after a trip over from Ringwood in poor health, a total of some 20 miles and 3 hours wasted. How difficult was it to call me and apologise for lack of courtesy car and refix the appointment to save the journey and distress. The whole experience from start to finish today was unimpressive and I would not re visit Poole Audi for any service, parts and sales requirements in the future. As a long-standing customer, today’s experience has confirmed to me that loyalty means nothing to a large dealership like Poole Audi and the lack of apologies endorsed my decision to make this my last visit to the centre. I won’t be recommending Poole Audi to any friends, family or associates that are Audi drivers.

Disgusting service. We bought an Audi A7 just 3 months ago in Poole Audi and it broke down as the computer system has shut down completely and we were not able to drive anymore!!! This happened almost a month ago! Thankfully we had AA cover so the car could be recovered after 9 hours of waiting time and taken to the nearest Audi service which happened to be in Lowestoft. We have been sold extended warranty which was £500 extra towards the whole purchase of the 31k car and we have been mislead completely by Sam Rea! He was assuring us that in case of brake down we will be helped with everything in terms of the fixing the car!!! So we can confirm that we didn't receive any help until now! No recovery from audi no courtesy car and our car after almost one month is still not fixed as the Bradley person from Lowestoft garage keeps lying to us regarding the alternator part arrival date. We already spent £1500 for privately hired car as we still have to commute to work! Beware of this people and Audi cars!!! Web have never been more disappointed in life!!!

"Check the kit - no locking wheel nut "

Bought a new car, a few years later the wheels need changing but I booked at another garage as not happy paying Audi over the odds. When the other garage tried to replace the wheels, they couldn't as no locking wheel nut had been provided. This is a common issue in forums. Audi are now asking for £60 for something they should have provided in the first place. Disgusting. And I lost a day and have to rebook my appointment. I am not buying any more Audis and will tell everyone

Do I recommend this dealership….. hell no! To find out why read on - I put a deposit down on an A5 sport back 70 plate with 7000 miles on the clock that was over £40k, I was told it would be back at the dealership at the weekend (it was an ex-demo car). Then I got an email from the James saying they didn’t know when the car would be back so would be in touch the next week, which is not the response I would expect. I phoned speaking to James and David who is part of the senior management here, he promised the car was in as new condition. I decided to give them the benefit of doubt as I was told the sales guy was new and I had been reassured the car would be immaculate. The car came back into the dealership 1 and half weeks after they took my deposit. They were pushing me to collect the car the same day as viewing and I was told at this point and I quote "two of the alloys have 2cm kerb marks which would be rectified". When I viewed the car which was almost brand new it had more marks than my current 2014 A5! When I arrived it was dirty and dusty inside I felt embarrased for Audi to present it in that condition plus all the below problems for a so called "immaculate" car. 3 alloys were kerbed half the way around Back bumper was scratched, Bonnet was covered in stones chips, Windscreen had a chip Passenger wing mirror had scratches in the paint Then we move into the interior - Centre console loads of small scratches including about 5 deep ones Piano gloss on the dashboard had a deep large scratch Interior rear view mirror had a huge chip out of it Driver door panel badly scuffed about 20cm along the bottom section something you would see every time when using the car. All 4 isofix covers were missing in the back Driver and passenger seats had bad wrinkles in the leather I was really disappointed to say the least, I loved the car model and trim level etc…. it fell short of my expectations and expectations both David and James had set. David came out to see me his response and James manager was it’s a used car so I shouldn’t expect perfect as it won’t be. This is a car that’s 6 months old and 7000 miles, you can’t tell me it should have all that list of things wrong! David refused to put it all right at their cost due to margin for them, only offering to do the alloys and centre interior mirror. It’s a rare vorsprung model so I asked them to quote for if I pay to sort the other bits out myself. After chasing 3-4 days later James gave me a cost of approx £300 + fitting so I agreed on the 12th May. I chased again 1 week later about collecting the car I got an email back which gave me very limited time slots all first thing when I live 2 hours away but what happened next was the thing that sent me over the edge. I got a call from James saying him and his manager didn’t see the point in doing the bits inside because the cost to me would well over £1k, his manager was confident the valet could sort out the scratches on the interior door panel (which by the way I know would never be possible). My understanding was I had already agreed this at a cost of £300+ fitting and that the work was already being carried out ready for Saturday, to say I was fuming and disappointed yet again would be an understatement. I told James I was unhappy and it’s safe to say I decided to get my deposit back and take my business elsewhere and I thankfully have secured myself the same car but newer and less miles from another Audi garage. I got an email from James a day later saying he had been ‘let go’ so feel free to go back for better service! Their service and attitude is appalling, David is a typical old fashioned sales person they constantly say "well if this isn’t the car for you" to every customer which is clearly a sales tactic. They bulls***t their way through with no upfront honesty, integrity and they lie.. If you want a nice experience buying a car DONT use Poole Audi for approved used steer clear is all I can say!

We bought an approved Audi Q5 from Poole Audi for the nice sum of £26k. Now when we purchased the car we were told that all servicing and MOT was included for 2 year. No worries what could it need since it was only 2 years old and it had there famous Audi 360 point check. Well 2 months after owning the car has been back for a number of reasons. Don’t mind things happen, but at least make a hire car available. Oh MOT time, I was told it had 12 months MOT....lied to by the sales person it only had 9. All of a sudden it need brake pads, disks, and a number of other things....sum of near £600. Oh and there is no free MOT.....lied to again. They sold the car with what they say was 60% pads. In 8 months and hardly any miles later it’s gone down to 25%. Obviously they needed changing when we bought the car...but on the form it says brakes good. Lied to again! So we say can I get the work done else where as £250 for front pads is steep????. Well if you do it will effect they buy back?....constant lies !! Audi you should be ashamed!!! Should of gone for a Volvo
