Not a bad service. Finance was approved quickly and car available for collection within a couple days.
Very negative feedback for Powerlease. They pushing for deposit to secure the car. Lots of issue when arrived.

Powerlease always encourage buyer to make a deposit to secure the car, they did the same thing with me. When I saw the car there was a big dent on the front bumper and lots of spot on the body. Car mileage also 1500 miles higher then description. When I told them I don't want this car , Tom (sales guy) told me I will loose my deposit if I don't buy this car. It's a kind of trap! He was not ready to fix the problem. Later on I had to buy the car and fix the problem from outside. They are not helpful at all. Don't go to powerlease please.

I published a review on the Powerlease website but I'm sure they won't approve it, as they're perfectly rated there and badly rated here. I bought a car from them this time last year, and have had many problems since, and have spent a lot of money repairing it. I then went to have my MOT today, and it failed on everything that was supposedly 'fixed' in the MOT they gave me. Bolts were GLUED into my wheels. I had previously almost lost a wheel due to the bolts not being in properly, so clearly it was the same problem with all of the wheels and not just that first one. Terrible quality of car, they charged me £2600 for a Honda Jazz 2008 (overpriced) but promised me the quality and service would be worth it. Avoid them, they do not care about your safety as long as they're paid.

Avoid Powerlease Ltd in Bedford at all costs! I agreed to look at a BMW 2 Series they had for sale they first asked me for a 10% deposit (£1200) on a car I had never seen. I put a deposit of £500 down. After I had put the deposit down Tom at Powerlease sent me a contract of sale which I had to agree to however I did not. I didn't agree with various points such as 'In particular my attention has been drawn to the following items: Tyres, Glass & Accessories, Interior trim & Upholstery. No one at Power Lease explained to me the condition of the tyre's, glass, accessories, interior trim or upholstery. Also the car had an additional 846 miles on it than originally listed. On that basis I requested my deposit was refunded. Powerlease declined and said they incurred further cost by sourcing a spare key (which any new owner would want). Powerlease kept reminding me that I had entered into a contract of sale with them. I had not entered into such contract at all, I disagreed to their terms and wasn't made aware that my deposit was non refundable until after they had taken. I asked for their managing director Mr Nicholas McCartie to contact me however he never did so. A couple of days later I agreed to collect the car assuming everything was in good condition such as tyre's, interior ect. Tom asked me to confirm my collection over email and said he would confirm back to me which he didn't. During the week the car still hadn't been taken of sale and Powerlease ignored my calls. I have screenshots with date stamps to prove the car still being on sale despite Powerlease being adamant that we were in a contract of sale, one of their terms of their contract was that they would remove the car from sale which they did not. Proving that we were not in a contract of sale. Despite all of this Powerlease still refused to refund my deposit and had the nerve to threaten legal action against me!! I have contacted the AA as they are shockingly part the AA's dealer promise. The AA are currently liaising with Powerlease to get deposit refunded. I have been contacted by a law firm who specialize in the motor trade which Powerlease has bought membership into. They are acting on behalf of Powerlease they explained to me that I did enter into a verbal contract of sale with Powerlease and due to that they will not be refunding my deposit. After reading some previous reviews it seems as if they have acted in this manner before with other customers. I am certain that they will have their own version of events that differ greatly from mine as they have had with previous reviews however I am willing to post our full email trail if need be. UPDATE - AA failed to get my deposit returned as Powerlease are not legally bound to act on the AA's instruction. I hope they are removed from the dealer promise due to my treatment. Powerlease claim they took down the car from sale despite me having screenshots of it still being on sale 6 days after I emailed Tom trying to confirm my collection. The lawyers acting on behalf of Powerlease have failed to respond to my request of proof that the car was taken down. The reason they have ignored my request is extremely simple - they did not take the car down from sale, by doing this they have broken their own contract. *****When you (Powerlease) respond please include the proof of you taking the car down from sale!*****
They tried to sell me a faulty car and when I refused to buy they kept my 500 quid, don't believe one word they say and I wouldn't buy a car from here as you may regret it.
Just recently purchased my second car from Powerlease, had my previous one for 4 years and was faultless.

After reading reviews for this company I believed it would be a good place to invest my time and money I could not be anymore wrong it has been one of worst experiences my first concern was when I was not given the car service history only to soon found out I have had been sold a faulty car which I was told was as good as new which was a major lie ,after breaking down less than a week of owning the car which I waited two weeks for to be 'serviced' according to the company after breaking down I returned the car to be looked at by service men at power lease who insured me they would fix the issue. A week later once again the car broke down in middle of the A12 not only putting my life at risk but other road users. I had to pay a huge amount of money for the car to be properly fixed including breakdown assistance from the AA TWICE in 2weeks where car had to be towed both times Both AA assistance men advised me to get the car looked at properly by Vauxhall After taking the car to Vauxhall who were shocked at how poorly car had been fixed by power lease , taking this information to the company the response I was given was ridiculous all they could say was I should have returned the car to be fixed by there service men which I already did the first time and was a waste of time . The team at power lease have be less than helpful or sympathetic I would not recommend buying a car from this company at all unless you want money loss and your time wasted. Do not be fooled by the false reviews
Powerlease sold me a Range Rover that was dangerous to be on the road. I had to pay for legal action to get my money back.
Absolutely brilliant, everything went as expected when I went to Powerlease Ltd in Bedford so have nothing to be upset about but everything to be happy with. I purchased the car back in January and during this time I have had no issues or problems with my Mazda.
