I was on the hunt for a new work van when I found a Vauxhall Vivaro at PPM Milton Keynes. I could see from the stock, website and showroom that work vans wasn't what this dealership specialised in. I received customer service as though I was buying one of their prestige cars, a special thanks to Bill - a great bloke and nothing is too much trouble. The van is fantastic, exactly what I needed and running well, its a nice drive too. It's likely I will contact Bill when I need to upgrade either my car or work van and deal with PPM again, Highly recommend.

The purchase experience was very good - responsive and flexible on setting up viewing and test drive. The process side was kept simple and straightforward as it should be with a good reading of my preferences. Post purchase follow up was very good indeed - I did not feel "forgotten" afterwards

A very smooth and swift process, although I didn't have face to face communication, I still received high levels of customer service. Bill was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable, he answered all questions to a high standard. I bought a Toyota Pro Ace Verso and its in immaculate condition, very good value for money, I'm pleased with it. I contacted PPM in Milton Keynes regarding a Jaguar I-Pace they had for sale. I'd been keeping an eye out for this particular car for some time, when I found this one it ticked all the right boxes, it looked, read and sounded like the real deal. The spec was spot on, mileage was low and the condition of the car was pristine, very well looked after. I'm usual quite a hard man to please and I tend to pick up on faults and mistakes, but when I bought my BMW X5 from PPM Milton Keynes, I was blown away with the level of care, service and transparency. I cannot fault the car, service or process at all. It was effortless, seamless and a very nice enjoyable experience. Its the first time I've bought from PPM but I really like the way they work, I will very likely use them again to part exchange the X5 and take something new when I'm ready to upgrade. The stock is absolutely incredible and they look after it very well. Bill took the time out of his day to send me an 8 minute video of the car, very detailed and informative, really impressed with this and it was the next best thing to viewing it myself. In all honesty, Bill made the experience for me, we built up a great relationship and I could tell he was very confident in what he is doing, he had a great amount of detail and knowledge about the car, he really did impress me. I couldn't not buy the car, it was exactly what I wanted and I had full confidence in the dealership. The X5 has been nothing but perfect, its a lovely motor, and I'm really impressed with it. I recently bought an Audi A3 Sport from PPM Milton Keynes I am really enjoying the car. The service provided was absolutely top class, Bill went above and beyond to get me in this car, he did everything he could to help me. My mum found the dealer online and when she showed me the car I had my heart set on it, its was exactly what I wanted. Bill went above and beyond, he even opened up on a Sunday for me to come and view the car, this was my only availability, really accommodating and helpful. Super service, highly recommend and I will look at PPM next time I'm looking to upgrade my car!
