I had in fact already bought my car (a Lamborghini) from Germany and was importing it to the UK. Bill very kindly offered to oversee the whole process for me and was very accommodating including arranging a main dealer service in Birmingham and the covered transport to get the car there and back. In addition, he also organised peripheral suppliers to fit the tracker and also a professional detailers who prepared the car to an extremely high standard and applied paint protection film. All of which was highly appreciated. A big thank you to Bill and PPM.

I have driven and owned many cars in the past, but I've never owned a BMW, now I understand what all the fuss is about, I've recently purchased a BMW 4 Series, the car is superb, it's beautiful to drive, a really lovely car. Due to the lockdown, I couldn't visit the site and do the usual walk around / demo etc. However Bill at PPM, went above and beyond to ensure I had an understanding of the car. He did a detailed video tour around the car, explained all the functions and performance, I was blown away with how much effort he went to. Really great customer service, and it certainly helps that Bill is a great guy, very nice to talk to and easy to deal with. I can't criticise anything at all, I would be more than happy to buy from PPM in Milton Keynes again, I've already recommend to a couple of work friends!

Massively impressed with this dealership, I went to buy a Mercedes C43 AMG, I had seen it online and it looked pristine, when I got there and saw it in person, the photo did not do it justice. The car is beautiful, its exactly what I wanted, if not better. Bill was brilliant, great communication, I was kept fully updated, he explained everything thoroughly to me, and helped with paperwork etc. PPM will be the first place I visit when I'm looking at upgrading.

Amazing. Just amazing. I cannot fault PPM what so ever, they absolutely went above and beyond, the customer service levels here are nothing like I've seen before, brilliant. Really chuffed with the Mercedes, its a fantastic car, and was great value for money. The car is in top condition, and looks immaculate. PPM Milton Keynes, would be the first place I recommend to anybody looking to buy a new car, this will probably be the only dealership I return to to buy again.

Super impressed with PPM Milton Keynes, the service was second to none! Bill was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and he kept me well informed right up until delivery. I will 100% be a returning customer to PPM Milton Keynes. It was such a pleasant experience. I went to a main dealer first to look at a Mercedes, the service was appalling, I came across PPM online when searching again and I'm so glad I made the call. When I first spoke to Bill, he was extremely helpful and informative - he explained the history and details of the Mercedes C43, and I liked the sound of it. I went to view it and it was exactly as described, if not better! I wasn't rushed at all, I took all the time I wanted to look over the car. The guys here have great attention to details, the car is immaculate. I cannot fault Bill or PPM Milton Keynes at all. Bill was great, he was informative, helpful and very professional. I was highly satisfied with the service provided. I went to look at a Hyundai i30 N-performance, and it exceeded my expectations. The condition of the car is pretty much new, its great, I'm really pleased with it. I am very impressed and happy with my new Purchase from PPM Milton Keynes. I can't say I've had much chance to get out in the Lamborghini just yet, but I'm sure I will cover many happy miles in it. The car itself is absolutely beautiful, outstanding condition you can see its been very well looked after. The car was superbly presented to me upon collection.
