I recently purchased my Range Rover Autobiography from Bill at PPM Automotive. Firstly, from the moment I walked through the doors to the moment I left with the car, I received a brilliant level of customer service, Bill was extremely helpful and would do almost anything to make sure his customers are happy, he will always go above and beyond. I was pleased PPM accommodated test drives and I'm glad I did test drive the car, I got a great feel for it and was happy with what I saw. I was initially apprehensive about buying the RR but after the test drive there was no way I wasn't buying it. There was no pressure put on me at any time which I appreciated a lot, its not very often you find a non-pushy car salesman. I can not fault Bill and his fantastic dealership in the slightest. I would recommend PPM to anyone looking to buy a new car, for the first time I've bought a car and I had no issues along the way! I am over the moon with the service I have received and highly recommend. My car started to beep after a few weeks however I took it back to Bill down at PPM Automotive and within the click of the fingers sorted the small issue with no hesitation, he fixed it there and then. The 2 guys than run PPM are absolutely brilliant, I've never been to a dealership before and instantly felt at home, they are fantastic at what they do and have clearly accumulated a lot of knowledge over the years. Since buying the Peugeot I have personally called and thanked them for the whole experience and the motor, you'd think it was brand new, really amazing condition. The presentation of the vehicle was spot on, they made a big deal out of it and made it exciting and not 1 bit stressful.
