Finally I have my dream car... The Subaru Impreza WRX STI, and it has not dissapointed me one bit! It is even better than I ever imagined it to be and cannot thank Bill enough for all of the help! He really looked after me and walked me through the transaction, he let me have my own space when viewing the car, but was so so knowledgeable when I was throwing questions at him. The car looked unbelievable in his show room, you can tell he really takes pride in his work as everything was so organised and professional, and that is reciprocated through the quality of cars. I don't think I will be needing another car as i now have my dream one, however, I would pass on recommendations to anyone to visit PPM as they are one in a million!!

Dealing with Bill has been better than dealing with any other salesman I have before. Even when buying brand new cars from the factory, I have never had service as good as this, he is the best of the best. From the very beginning he was totally honest about everything and laid everything out on the table. When viewing the GLE he let me take a look in my own time, but was there when I needed him or if I had a question. The car was immaculate I must add as well, it was in such a tidy condition. I cannot recommend Bill enough, and would happily shop with him again as he was just fantastic, and although the cars are second hand, they have that brand new quality.

So far so good, everything has been absolutely spot on with my Focus ST ever since driving it away from PPM. It is a mega car on the roads, and hasn't had any issues flag up, so all round very happy so far. Bill was a great guy to deal with, really chatty and easy to get on with and made everything really simple and streamline. I have no critiques for any part of the sale, and would happily shop with Bill again!

I recently bought an M4 comp from Bill in Milton Keynes, and I cannot fault him or the car one bit. He was was absolutely brilliant from beginning to end and even after. I visited PPM a couple of weeks ago, viewed the car, took it for a little test drive, and got all the docs sorted. As easy and as simple as that. I'll take you through the journey of buying my Seat Leon from PPM. I contacted Bill at PPM soon after the advert went up on autotrader. The car was being prepared as it was fresh stock but due to the very reasonable price of the car I booked an appointment to view the car and insisted on putting down a deposit to secure the vehicle. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted by Bill. After a short and pleasant discussion he gave me the keys and let me get on with checking the car. To my eyes the car was extremely clean and ready for the forecourt but I was told the car still needed to go through a detailed valet. Bill did a quick licence check and sent me on my way to take the car for a test drive on my own. Car was spot on and drove great. On my way back I had already made my mind up to purchase the vehicle. It had a very well documented service history which was a huge plus. I wasn't ready to drive the car back that day and told him I'd pick it up the next day. Car went through a fresh MOT without any advisories. It needed front brake pads (which was done), front tyres were ok but running a bit low on tread. Would've been ok for MOT but Bill told me he would be putting new tyres on front as a good measure. He didn't just put any tyres' he put a pair of brand new Pirelli PZs. Honestly speaking I was blown away considering he didn't need to do it. There were two stone chips on the car's bodywork and I was 100% ok with that considering the car was reasonably priced so I didn't even mention the stonechips. When I went back to pickup the car, those stonechips were gone and were done so professionally I couldn't even spot them. On my way to pickup the car, as I was travelling from London there were train cancellations and I wasn't going to make it in time. I updated Bill about the situation and he proactively suggested that I can come to his home address and pickup the car from there regardless of what time I get there. I was impressed and extremely grateful for his flexibility. I've had the car for a few days now and it's flawless. As I was looking for a car for almost 2 months and having so many bad experiences with car dealers, I had literally given up hope. I honestly can't express in words how great of a service I've received from PPM. Absolutely top class!! If they have a car you're after you can go in blindly and purchase it without even looking at it. They don't just sell you a fantastic car but a great buying experience which is second to none. Highly recommended!! As far as car buying experience goes it doesn't get any better than this.

Bill was extremely easy to deal with and flexible in terms of viewing the car through to delivery of the car and the aftercare. He went out of his way so I any questions I had were answered and the whole process was smooth . Thank you so much I love my car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you 😊

Bill is the salesmen that everyone needs in life, he is absolutely fantastic!! He made me feel really welcome and took great care of me from beginning to end. I am absolutely thrilled with my Skoda Fabia, it is a really lovely car, and I am loving all of the tech that it has come with! Without a shadow of a doubt, my recommendations are of PPM Automotive, they were a true pleasure to deal with!

It is so nice that I finally found a trust worthy and reliable garage that actually care for their customers, its nice to break away from the usual wheeler dealers that are about too. Bill was brilliant during the sale, as he always is! It was a really quick turnaround, in and out with the C63 within the same day, so I have no complaints whatsoever.
