My second bike from Premier Bikes, I bought a Triumph Tiger from them when they were based in Didcot in 2011. The standard of service was so good I’ve subsequently gone back for another bike to their new premises in Abingdon. Again, excellent no-nonsense sales service, Darren got me the right bike and on the road in good order. Their service department is excellent, they’ve worked on several of my bikes, both bought from them and from elsewhere and their technicians have always delivered an fantastic result. Super helpful staff, great coffee (and cake) area to chill out in, Good selection of new and used bikes, I would recommend them to my friends (and regularly do) and having been to several other garages in Oxfordshire, rate them as the best in the area.

Got me in the door with a good offer for my bike after seeing photos and description. knocked my bike to hell when I got there saying the mains bearings had gone ??and put me in a corner as they knew I couldn't get the bike I wanted anywhere else. Wouldn't sell me the new bike with out the p/x. I under stand they have to make money and I could have walked away that was my call. but really lousy way to go about business The new bike I bought had the front wheel not installed properly. Not happy at all and wouldn't go back

Premier Bike Didcot had the right bike at the right price and there aren't many KTM dealers around so I traveled a very long way very early to get the bike. The handover process felt very slap dash sort of a here are the keys there's the bike off you go type of thing. I noticed a leak when I got the bike back and being under warranty and living so far away I asked if it could be done locally which they refused and said they had to do the work which wasn't very accommodating to my situation so I've had to pay out myself. Not the sort of service I'm used to from motorbike dealerships in the past which means I'm bit quite sure if I could recommend them. This is just my honest review and opinion on how I felt.
