Everything was really good at Premier Car Supermarket. I saw the Arkana online and due to me only living around the corner I went to have a look in person. There is one thing that I do need to speak to them about, but I’m not too bothered. One of the tires has a flat spot but other than that everything was perfect. Richard was perfect, he was helpful and honest.

Telmo was a brilliant seller at the Derby store, he really helped us get the best deal possible and listened to us as a customer.

I finance through the dealership. It was easy and explained. The staff treated me nicely, communicated well and listened to what I needed and went at my pace. I liked how fast they were to get it sorted.

I'm loving the van, it's just what I wanted and exactly what I needed. I dealt with Hassan at Premier Car Supermarket and he was brilliant. The whole experience was really easy. There's always that little bit of anticipation when you go in with a part exchange and all that kind of stuff, but Hassan made it quite easy. I went in with a figure in my head and after a little bit of the usual part-exchange dance, we got there. The deal worked for me, which was what I wanted. I'd give the experience 4 out of 5 stars. I'd never give five because there's always room for improvement, but I'm really happy with how things went. Excellent service, a good dealership and somewhere I'd definitely use again. I'd absolutely recommend Premier Car Supermarket to others.

Car is fine so far. Dealing with Telmo was really good experience. I liked his communication on the phone and the way he was when I showed up. Five stars, no complaints.

I was looking for a car and saw one I liked and then I realised it was at Premier Car Supermarket. I spoke to them about it, they gave me some details then I went to test drive it then drove it home the same day. Telmo was good, some of the info we spoke about was alittle different to what we agreed but no problems moving forward. Only downside is it hasn’t got any reverse sensors and I would have preferred to have abit more info on the full spec of the car but I can live with it. The car is running well, im happy with it.

I wanted the car for a specific time. Originally it wasn't supposed to be ready for when I requested it but the salesman worked really hard to make sure I got it when I wanted it. They managed to make it work which I really appreciated. I've been enjoying the car since I bought it earlier this month. Based on my dealings with the dealership I would recommend them to others who are looking to buy a car.

I recently purchased an Audi A1 from Premier Car Supermarket and I am pleased with how the process went. Everything has been absolutely fine with the car so far. Whilst I was at the dealership buying the Audi A1, I received brilliant customer service from who I believe was called Richard, although don't quote me on that. Everything was absolutely fine from my point of view. Plain sailing!
