I recently visited Premier Motor Collection I was left to browse and received some helpful advice from Caroline. I went back the following day to test drive the car as I anted my Dad's opinion on the car. The customer service I received was brilliant. I purchased a renault clio, there was little damage to the the drivers rear door. Nico was happy to send the car to the body shop without costing me a penny more. Nico and Caroline went beyond expectations to make sure my car was in excellent condition before I picked it up. The day after I picked up the car I noticed the passenger door had a little damage (which was only noticeable in certain light) also the key card battery came up low. I went back down to Premier Motor Collection and asked Nico how much he would reckon the car would cost to get the damage sorted (as I have been ripped off before), Nico said it wouldn't cost me anything and he will book the car in to the body shop and he will pay for it. Also whilst the car was in the garage Nico and Caroline sorted out my key card and got the battery changed for me. The service has been amazing and they have both gone above and beyond expectations.I would definitely return in the future. Thank you!!

Visited Premier Motor Collection last Thursday was left to browse at my leisure. Was given great advice from nico and caroline. Not pushy at all. We recently a purchased used Peugeot 208 from Nico & Caroline at Premier Motor Collection. The general condition of the car was very good. However, a small dent on a door was noticed and it was agreed that this would be rectified before a final decision was made on the purchase. In addition, it was agreed that a full 12 month MOT would be issued and any resulting advisory rectification work would also be carried out. Furthermore, it was agreed that the garages that had previously carried out service work would be contacted and any gaps in the service logbook would be brought up to date. Having fulfilled all of our requests, the purchase went ahead. We are very satisfied with our car and wish to thank Nico and Caroline for the friendly and courteous manner in which the sale was conducted.

Just bought a Kia Carens from Premier Motor Collection. Very happy with it...drives like new. The service was excellent and the price was very good. I recently part exchanged my old Mercedes 'A' Class for a newer version from Premier Motor Collection. I was looking for a specific black, automatic model of the last version to be produced in 2012 of the 'old style.' Nico and Caroline were both very pleasant & helpful with my purchase. They were both very knowledgeable, offered a lot of 'common sense' information and advice, and showed a lot of patience with all my questions & 'dithering.' I was given a really good long test drive & plenty of time to just keep looking it over. The car was in excellent condition, and they made sure it was given a new MoT, (even though the old one still had about 9 mths to go), and just sorted out a few non-important 'niggles' that I queried about. I have been dashing about in it for 3 weeks now, and it runs so very well. I am super pleased, and have to say in my experience with them, they have been brill, and I would definiteley recommend!
