I bought my car in Sept with a 3 month warranty and MOT completed the day before I picked it up. As I collected the car, the dealer/owner and I noticed a crack on one of rear lights that hadn't caused an issue during mot. The dealer said immediately he would order a new light and I could take car back few days later and he would fit it. Now anyone who knows me well, knows that my timekeeping is terrible. So to cut this already lengthy review short we jump to today 9 April, some 6+ months later and Sonny (owner) did what he said he would....he replaced the light, no fee, no quibble, no sarcasm for my tardiness. A warranty honoured and then some!!! I also should point out that during my 6+month ownership, the car has been extremely reliable and economical. Thank you for your outstanding customer service. Purchased a Ford Focus from Somkit at Premium Cars Hull. Excellent condition, excellent price with a more than fair deal for part exchange. The car, for a 05 plate looks as old as, if not better, than many of the 12-16 plates I see on the road now. Looks superb and drives great. When a car is advertised as “like new” he means it! Overall, excellent service and aftercare for the car, A1 rating. When I buy my next motor which won’t be for a good while but will come around at some point, I’ll go there for it. Superb.
