Outrageously dangerous condition vehicle that was sold to my 72 year old mother.... The vehicle is simply so dangerous hit has been taken straight off the road... And I'm now having to document every major problem.. And I will be passing all my findings on to the relevant authorities.. As this vehicle was sold with a new mot, there is no way any professional looked at this heap... 0 adviseres and yet the vehicle will not stop pulling hard right even after re alignment and having the power steering pump rebuilt.. the status of all the suspension is unbelievable rooting and completely worn out... along with the big hole in one of the sills and the brakes that are totally disgusting and the list goes on.... Don't trust a word these people say.. Because once they have your money they don't want to kno you anymore.. The first sign of a problem and they just ignore you from that point on... Disgusting company......

Bought my car from Prestbury Cars of Cheltenham a few years ago. Great runner. Have it serviced there regularly and it hasn't stopped since. Good service and always fits you in, even at short notice. Highly recommended.
Prestbury Cars were recommended to me as an excellent place to buy a vehicle for my wife. I wasn't to be disappointed. after a three month search to find the exact Audi A4 S Line 2.0 Tdi I was looking for I went to this garage after reading the reviews BIG MISTAKE after agreeing the deal and paying FULL ASKING PRICE the car was supposed to have had a FULL SERVICE and a new Battery but after only covering less then a 1,000 miles the car developed a major fuel leak which was traced to the fuel filter connectors being bent while the car was supposedly serviced so the fault was there even before I drove the car away on collection day I contacted the garage owner he replied finally I told him if the car was serviced by your garage then clearly this is negligence he didn’t even reply to my request regarding how long my warranty was on the car even though he said it was written on the sales invoice ( IT WASNT) so in the end I had to pay for the recovery and repair bill myself there’s no customer feedback with this SO PLEASE BE WARNED.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whilst i am very dissapointed with your review Mr Gibbs,myself nor my staff have had any conversation ref your Audi.If you recall you did not want a warranty as it "will be in the garage unused most of the time".The car was serviced as requested and i fail to see how you could cover any miles let alone 1000 with a bent fuel pipe.We pride ourselves on our excellent reviews and i do recall our conversation regarding your last purchase from a garage to which you "slated" them with a review !I trust the car is satisfactory and you are enjoying the weather.
We have known Paul for many years and have always found him to go above and beyond for customers. We have and will continue to recommend him to family, friends and colleagues.
