It has cost me a lot to repair my car which Prestige Auto Lounge claim was in good condition. also l don't trust them with bank details. Since l bought my car from them and hands my bank details for direct debit. There has been several attempts to withdraw money from my account.

Bought this car in September 2016 for £6995 (Even though the salesman said he would drop it to £6900). I got the car serviced as this didn't seem to be done and after reading reviews didn't trust taking it back to Prestige Auto Lounge. Found a few faults with the car but the main one being the brakes were absolutely shocking and all had to be replaced which was costly. The engine seems to burn oil quickly too (1 litre per 3 months) The standard of the car as advertised is not up to scratch and would advise anyone to get an AA check on all vehicles from this company if spending a fair amount on a car. I wouldn't deal with them again as they dont seem professional and wouldn't be surprised if cars are all bought from an auction. I left it a while till i made this review so I could make it as accurate as possible.

Brought a discovery off the Prestige Auto Lounge for 11k it broke down with an intermittent fault the AA recovered my then 3 month old son and wife from the m1. Garage didn't want to know they had been paid. Car only just back on the road after I have had to buy a new engine at a cost of over 8400 on top of the car value we paid. Going to take this ha grave to court now I have all the paperwork and proof that the car was faulty when I brought it. After sales team, non existence ! Salesman not interested ! Receptionist if you leave a message with them don't bother keep ringing cause they don't pass on messages of you've brought a car and it's faulty. Worst garage and car I've ever bought!!!!

I bought a car that was not roadworthy and was half way to taking them to court . They decided to give me full refund under the consumer rights act after long emails and calls. They have attended court I think it was in the telegraph and now have to comply with certain rules or end up in prison. Any problems with your cars and you don't get joy from company contact trading standards. If possible start a small claims case against them they will soon pay up. Even though I had reported my car unroadworthy they had it back up for sale next day. Stay away from Prestige Auto Lounge.

This company have ceased trading and in August we brought a BMW X5 from them.had it 24 hours the car broke down.it took 2 weeks and they sent a cover car out and took it back to fix the issues.snother 2 weeks later they bring the car back.they give us 3 months AA warranty.great but then when we needed a tyre replaced we got to a local garage and the wheel nut was missing.more calls and told by woman they would pay for all the wheel nuts to be broken off still waiting for money.then today a engine light comes on saying oil pressure urgent.book says switch off engine and contact dealer.when ringing tel number they are no longer in business and to deal with warranty company.there website has gone and have to wait till Monday to see if the warranty will cover the engine fault.really shocking company and really don't know what to do next???????

The car had too many problems to list and the dealer only resolved part of it. The car had wrong tyres. Wheel nut and bolt missing on 2 wheels, oil leak, poorly serviced by them. Sent the car to them for repair and it came back with more problems. Stay away from Prestige Auto Lounge.

Shockingly poor service!! Managed to not sort the V5 out for about 3 months and the so called after sales service is so poor its embarrassing. I wish I had read all of the reviews online before visiting these jokers. AVOID at all cost! The AA report which came with the car might as well been written by themselves as numerous points that were described as excellent have since had to be replaced. I cannot emphasise how bad this firm is.

Please, please do not go near this garage the showroom is excellent but everything else is diabolical, you will never get the correct paperwork .After sales will say the paperwork is in the post but you will never receive it, They will sell faulty vehicles and then buy them back of you with a total lost. No one takes ownership and the manger will never talk to you, The staff have experience in fobbing you of and wasting your time. This garage should have ZERO stars and be closed down they should not be allowed to treat people the way they do.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Prestige Auto Lounge and immediately got an engine warning light - I subsequently took the car to a main dealer for diagnostic (at my own cost) which highlighted a number of issues which I feel should have been resolved before they sold the vehicle (water pump, turbo valve) However, once the faults were diagnosed, Gupi (after sales) was very helpful and swift in resolving the issues - no complaints here ! In summary - car had inherent faults, but resolved in a satisfactory manner

ZERO STARS. Please oh please do not use this dealer. If you have 4,5 or even 6 figures to spend on a car do not spend it here. I bought a Honda CRV, most expensive car I have ever bought, looking forward to it. I live in very rural Scotland so bought car without seeing it based on descriptions and several phone calls. I got the car delivered, and it arrived with the fuel light on, almost completely dry. That was the beginning. It was claimed to have a full service history and a however many point check. Well the checks didn't cover sitting in the drivers seat and trying controls. Some of the lights did not work, interior lights were always on if set to door, and the main CD player/Radio/SATNAV unit did not work. I reported all problems, lots of good talking but never got anywhere. I got the SATNAV removed and it was completely wrong unit, there were more multiplugs on the back of the unit than sockets to connect too. After investigation it appeared to be a unit from a left hand drive car. totally wrong. Months later they eventually sent out a new SATNAV unit, it arrived with no codes, i had to contact Honda myself to get the system working. There was also no paperwork with the car at all, no manuals whatsoever, no service books, nothing to do with equipment. Nothing. After months of pestering I got the service book to discover it did not have a FSH. It should have had 6 services with one imminent but had only had 5. Completely false advertising. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, truely awful. They never phoned back, never replied to emails, I am still awaiting a call back from the manager..... Fell free to ask me any questions about my experience as it was a disaster and everyone should avoid this place.
