I had an EV failure issue that turned out to be a simple fix by swapping a tyre but I was impressed with how quickly they got it sorted. These things happen in life, but it’s how people respond that makes the difference, and they were quick to help me when I needed it. Overall I'm very happy and my Mitsubishi Outlander is a great drive.

Really pleased with my Ford Focus which I bought and excellent hand over from the team at prestige

After a bit of a mix up between the finance company and the delivery company, it looked like I was going to get my Audi A3 delivered in time for a meeting I had the following Monday. Luckily, though the team at Prestige Cars Berkshire stepped in and delivered it personally on the Sunday before, which was greatly appreciated. The car is driving great and so far I haven't got any speeding tickets, so everything is going well.

Initially I had a minor issue with my Land Rover Discovery at first, but the team was incredible to sort it out. They got the car back into their garage right away and resolved it quickly. Since then, the car has been running perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s great to see a dealership that stands by their cars and handles things so professionally. Overall, a very positive experience, and I’m really pleased with my purchase.

He has been fantastic at quickly responding to the issue and has been proactive about getting the issue addressed. While I was at the dealership, I decided to take out an extra warranty for peace of mind when driving away with my new car, having that extra cover never hurts. The car was ready on time for collection at 2 o'clock, and although there was a small mark on the front, the staff were very honest and pointed it out. It's a second hand car so it's to be expected, but they still did their best to polish it up for me. Overall, a solid experience – 4 stars!
