Jake was one of the best sale reps I have come across. We saw a GLA online and decided to go for that car. However, we spoke about all the options with Jake, and he stayed within our budget, went over the details of different cars, and helped us confirm that the GLA was the best choice for us. While the one we chose was getting some work done, he actually brought out another one for us to look at, test drive, and get a feel for, which was very much appreciated. You could tell straight away that he was genuinely there to make it a good experience for us and not just pushing for a sale. He explained that we could part-exchange again in the future with Prestige, and we also got some money off. All in all, a five-star experience. I would highly recommend the dealership and Jake if you are looking for a trustworthy and efficient team.

There was a few delays and I was waiting for a while, however Jake was really helpful and kept me updated the whole time, when I did eventually get the car, it was lovely and cleaned and in great condition, I am really pleased with it, so far it's good, with no issues.

The customer service I received was good, and I would definitely consider buying from here again in the future. However, I would just be more cautious next time, as there were certain things in the description of the car that were not actually on it when I received it. I feel that I should have checked all these things more thoroughly. As some feedback for Prestige, I would suggest checking the descriptions of the cars more carefully. My car, for example, was listed as having a rear reversing camera and a few other features that it did not actually have. Also, the air conditioning did not work, so I had to get that fixed. That being said, I would still return in the future. I would just be more aware when buying a vehicle next time.

Prestige Cars Kent has been great from start to finish. I initially called about one of their cars and was able to reserve it for viewing. All reservations are fully refundable and I was not pressured into purchasing the car at all. The dealership itself feels very premium and everyone there is incredibly friendly. Very nice selection of premium cars available. I came and test drove the car I was interested in and initially had some second thoughts due to some rough shifting through the gear changes. After raising this concern they said they would take a look at it and when I came back a week later and tested it again, it felt was as good as new. They also offer their own extended warranties, paint protections and servicing packages if you're interested in a bit more peace of mind. I dealt with Jake during the purchase of my car and he was really friendly and helpful in getting answers to all of my questions along with ensuring the purchase process went smoothly. The staff stayed behind a bit after closing time just to make time for me to come and pick up my car in the week rather than having to wait for the next weekend which I really appreciate. I would recommend purchasing from Prestige Cars Kent if they have a car in stock that you're interested in.

Had an initial issue to begin with, the car door wouldn't open, however prestige got me booked in and got it all sorted for me. Since having the car back, i've had no issues at all, the car is great. Jake who helped with the transaction was very responsive, kept me up to date and was all around helpful. So thank you.

Started in 2012, Prestige Cars Kent is a family-run, independent dealership based in Orpington, Kent. We stock more than 200 prestige cars from Audi, to Rolls Royce. Each car undergoes a thorough 175-point inspection prior to sale and is supplied with a 12-month Warranty, underwritten by ourselves.
We are able to take in existing cars as part exchanges, and are able to offer finance options (we are authorised and regulated by the FCA). With a large panel of lenders, we are able to provide the best solution to meet individual circumstances.
Selling hundreds of cars a year, usually with a Service Pack, has driven demand to provide car servicing. Whilst we have delivered this for a little while now, in early 2020 we were delighted to open our dedicated car Service Centre, just down the road in Orpington. With 13 service ramps, manned by main-dealer trained technicians using the latest equipment, our aim is to provide better service than a prestige main dealer at a considerably lower cost.
