Recently visited Prestige Cars Kent and had a great experience with James. He was very knowledgeable and made the process easy peasy! The test drive went well we got back to the dealership we agreed that I would take the care and the team advised me it would like like new on the agreed date of collection. The condition of the car was exactly how they promised it would be when I collected it.

I recently saw the Porsche Macan online and after a quick read of the description, I decided to visit the dealership and take it on a test drive. Joe was incredibly helpful throughout the process and I can't complain about the service received on the day. The handover was seamless, and I felt well taken care of. 5 stars from me :)

I'm so lucky to live less than 5 minutes away from a dealership like Prestige Cars. Kent, I looked at a few other dealers in the local area, but I chose them for their prestigious branding. They also had a Mercedes-Benz A Class that fitted in to my budget perfectly.  Alex was a good man, easy to deal with throughout the whole sale and he got the deal processed in no time. The handover was also faultless. Impressive service all round.

After having experienced the drive of a Toyota RAV4 previously, I was keen to get one myself. After searching online for the Toyota, I managed to find it at Prestige Cars Kent, and I was impressed by the high spec of the car. James was great to get along with which made the test drive go even smoother because I felt more comfortable driving. We got back to the dealership and we negotiated the price with James. We came to an agreement that we were both happy and for the higher specifications I got a great deal, as that's what my husband was looking for. The whole interaction from start to finish was fantastic. Happy happy happy!!

My Land Rover was bought over the phone with Joe, and he was brilliant. I wouldn't have used Prestige Cars Kent if they didn't have a delivery service available because of the distance I would have to travel the delivery service was convenient. Once the car was delivered the driver even showed me the controls in the vehicle before leaving. I couldn't be happier.

When I visited the dealership, James was professional and clear in his communication. I felt comfortable during the test drive, which was a crucial part of my decision-making process. Having researched the dealership a few months prior, I had confidence in their reputation, and I’m glad I chose them. The setup is welcoming, and the people are genuinely easy to get along with. I drove away in the Audi Q5 and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The pricing was transparent and fair.

After looking on Autotrader that's when I came across the Mini Countryman at Prestige Cars Kent. I was quick to call the dealership up to get some more information, and I spoke with Joe. He was very helpful throughout the process. We worked out a great deal, and he had the car delivered to me. Top marks for service and convenience!

What an outstanding experience I had when buying my car at this dealership, thanks to Alex—he’s a legend! I would give him a 10/5 if I could. He took his time to ensure I was happy with every detail of my purchase, making the whole process feel personalised and stress-free. I’m currently in the market for a Mercedes E-Class, and I’ll definitely be reaching out to Alex again soon.

Just purchased my BMW X5 from Prestige Cars Kent, and I couldn’t be happier! I think it was Paul who looked after me but I'm not the best with names. Either way the salesman was incredibly professional and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
