When I had an issue with the car, I brought her back & you diagnosed the problem & then carried out the repair & the car was picked up from home & brought back the following day.

The whole experience was excellent - it was quick and easy, the service on the day was great, it was just a really smooth and easy transaction. I absolutely love the car and I'll definitely go back to Prestige Cars Kent for my next car.

Customer service definitely needs improving. Was told the vehicle would be on site and booked me in for an 'appointment' to test drive with a view to buy and drive away that day after paying a holding deposit. When we arrived, the car wasn't on site. We were kept waiting for around 4 hours from signing the finance to driving the car away. There was plenty of staff around but didn't seem to be doing much.
Many people left after being kept waiting for ages

I haven’t got any complaints, everything went well, and I’m really enjoying the vehicle I got. I went for an Audi A3, and it’s a great car.
Jake was the salesman who helped throughout the process. He was easy to deal with and was always willing to help if I needed anything, without being pushy or pressuring.

I am very happy with the car I got. The initial service was great. However, once I got the car, I tried to enquire about something but received no response, even after leaving a few messages. This was a shame because the initial customer service was spot-on and the staff were great.
