I am very impressed with my New Jaguar I-Pace. It's a nifty old motors and really does shift. I am still working my way through the controls, trying to figure out how everything works but I am really enjoying the process. Harry was really nice and helpful during the sale. I did however, have some issues with trying to sort the ID Knowledge thing you have to do to get the car. The service has been top notch apart from the frustrations at the end.

I bought my X5 from Prestige Cars Kent although it was all done over the phone and through texts. Considering I never met Richard who I was dealing with, his customer service was decent and it didn't feel too impersonal. The car has been great, i think their is a sensor issue as it keeps flashing up intermittently saying the drive chain needs checking. I have had lots of BMW's before and I know the sensors are temperamental at best. Really happy over all.

Made up with my new 3 Series, It's been a long time since I have drove BWM and I love the versatility of the 3 Series, it has instant power and talk when required but can seamlessly switch between performance and eco mode. The comfort is unmatched for anything in it's class and over all I am very happy with the car. Paul was top, really professional and made me feel very welcomed, their was no pressure when looking at the cars and the atmosphere was relaxed. I did however, found the process for part ex'ing my car was quite long and drawn out. If this could be streamline when I come back for my next motor, will be 5 Stars all round.

My husband and I both decided we wanted an upgrade from our old VW, something a little more premium and luxury, we also wanted an estate car which would have more space for our kids and the dog. We saw the BMW 3 Series and it ticked every box we needed. We have been in discussions with Paul and Josh mainly, both have been amazing! Really glad to have dealt with these too and they are certainly a credit to Prestige Cars Kent. We have a had a couple minor issues with the car, warranty is getting these sorted hassle for us.

Really happy with my new Volvo XC40, I originally wanted Mercedes, BMW or another what I see as a premium brand, my dad has always been a big Volvo guy and talked me into considering Volvo. I saw the XC40 and I was quite surprised how modern and premium it looked and felt, if you were to look at the XC40 without the badge I wouldn't think Volvo. Since having the car I have to thank my dad because the car is amazing. I dealt with a lady, I can't for the life of me think what her name is but she was amazing, really nice right the way though and I left feeling very impressed about the whole experience.

We have been in the market for a new Jaguar since of XJL was stolen. We have an Evoque and felt it would be worth having a smaller car for the running around. We have always been a massive fan of Jaguar between me and the wife and when we saw the F-Type at Prestige Cars Kent, we instantly knew this would be the perfect choice for us. It's taken a little getting used to as it is so much quicker than the XJL and the Evoque, i'll be sat at 30 in a residential area, look up and back down, all of a sudden I'm doing 50 and have to let off, all in all the car is perfect. I am a loyal customer to Prestige Cars Kent, we got our last couple cars from there, the sales service is always exceptional, Adam was no exception on this occasion, he was perfect! I have marked down a couple just because I always find it difficult to get hold of the servicing team for our Evoque which can be frustrating. Overall, I can't see me shopping anywhere else for my cars.

I am very impressed with Prestige Cars Kent, The cars, the service and everything in between has been exceptional. I initially was great by Assaf who transferred me over to Josh, the limited interaction I had with Assaf was very friendly and positive, the experience with Josh, he was new to the role but acted in a very professional manor, he is a lovely lad and a very likable person. The car itself is amazing, I had a Honda CR-V before and I defiantly feel its an upgrade to the discovery sport. It's taken my wife so getting used to the electric handbrake and us both a while to get used to the Ghost alarm, there are a certain sequence of actions which have to be done to remove the immobilizer. It proved quite difficult to get hold of after sales car initially which is my only criticism however, a small piece of a very positive experience. Very impressed all in all.

I am really having so much fun with my new Alpha Romero Stelvio. I have always been very fond of Alpha Romero and specifically these models, I had the M2 previously which was a lot lower and smaller than this. I really love the power, performance and comfort which the Stelvio offers, I also wanted something a bit more practical than the M2. So far the car is living up to its expectation and It's so fun, I have noticed a couple things which I am not concerned about but would like to be checked, speaking to Prestige Cars Kent they have told me to bring the car in and are happy to look at and resolve any issues for me. Adam has been so good to deal with and fills me with confidence that the issues will be resolved effectively.

Everything seems mechanically well with the car, I had a Mercedes before and much prefer the A6 because of how smart the interior looks and also how much nicer it is to drive, the power it has and how smooth it handles that power is unmatched by Mercedes. There were a couple stone chips on the bonnet which I hadn't noticed until collection, I had asked if they could discount the price however, they offered to paint the bonnet instead. I didn't want to do this because when I come t sell the car, they will be able to see it has been painted so that is why I would drop a couple marks, it would have been better to have the option. This hasn't been enough to ruin the experience, I thought the service Paul offered was really good, he was friendly and attentive. Good service with room for improvement, would still recommend Prestige Cars Kent and I would definitely come back.
