We were really happy with the service we received from Michael whilst buying our Suzuki from him last month. We felt that he gave us the same treatment he would give to someone that was buying a much more expensive car from them. The car we bought is an automatic and I have never driven one before and always had manual cars, what impressed me the most about this dealership is that they arranged for the car it be delivered to us in Gloucester and it only cost us around £50 which was, I did not feel driving it back on the motorway so this was a really nice service for them to offer to us. We would definitely use these again and highly recommend them to others. I only scored these 4/5 because no one is perfect but they came so close.

When I first collected my Volkswagen Touareg from Prestige Cars Kent, there was a slight issue with the car. But I was impressed by the fact that when I brought this attention and with me not living close to the dealership, they agreed for me to take the car to a local garage to me and pay for the work to be done on the car. The car has been perfect since and drives like a dream. Richard who looked after me during the purchasing process was a really nice guy, I knew exactly what it was that I wanted anyone so it made his job easy,but he did not put any pressure on me and I respected him for this. Overall it was a very good experience with Prestige Cars Kent.

The customer care from Assaf was faultless, the young lad deserves a medal for how hard he worked to find me a car which is bloody brilliant, my Mercedes runs like clockwork and it is the best car I have ever bought, I love it to bits. I can't thank Assaf enough for everything he really did an amazing job and he is an asset to your company, I hope he gets a pay rise after you read this review.

Richard at Prestige Cars couldn’t have done a better job then what he did do! He was really helpful and he is such a lovely lad! He was able to answer all of my questions and he did everything when he said he would do it. I bought a Smart from here and It was in immaculate condition and at a great price too. I would 100% recommend Prestige Cars to anyone, they were fantastic.

I cannot speak highly enough of Harry at Prestige Cars Kent, he was superb. I am pleased to say that all is good with my Beamer, infact i'm well pleased with it. I would use these again and recommend them to other people looking to purchase a new vehicle.

I'm really thrilled with my BMW X2 purchase! Everything is running smoothly with the car and I can't express how much I love it. It was Richard that I spoke to initially and then Phoebe who took me out for the test drive and both of them were an absolute delight to deal with, they were two of the most helpful people I have dealt with, they took their time going through any questions which I had for them and they let me take all the time I needed to decide what I wanted to do moving forward with the sale and they did not try to sell me any extras which I did not require. I'm made up with my Mercedes it is a very attractive car and I really enjoy driving it.
