I bought a Mercedes GLC from Prestige Cars Kent last month and I am very happy with my purchase. The car was in excellent condition, as described on their website, and came with a full service history and warranty. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Paul, who was my sales executive. He answered all my questions and helped me with the finance and paperwork. He also arranged a test drive and delivery for me, which was very convenient. The handover process was smooth and quick, thanks to Phoebe and Daisy, who explained everything clearly and made sure I was satisfied with the car. So far so good, Assaf has been really professional, really good throughout. My wife decided she really likes Audi A5 and this is why we settled on this car. I am very happy with the quality of the car however, I have a Jaguar XF and I don't think the A5 offers the same comfort. I think we will drive this can again for 2 or 3 years and I will speak to Assaf again for something different. This is a very nice company.

Josh is a lovely guy, I really like him and he has been really great to deal with. I really like my Audi A5, the performance, the look, the feel are all top quality. There are a couple little thing which need to be addressed however, Josh has this in hand and fills me with confidence this will be sorted.

I am mostly chuffed with the car and the experience dealing with Prestige Cars Kent. The team, Paul especially, were brilliant and really good at getting everything done in a timely manor whist ensuring the process was thorough. The car so far has been really good and no issues at the moment. I was in the market for a Golf and I went to Prestige Cars Kent as they had the model I was looking for in low millage and excellent condition. My only concern currently was the tax was done in store but having check online, it isn't showing as taxed. I have spoken to someone and it's being looked into.

I am very happy with my new Honda e, we were in the market for a smaller electric vehicle, something which is smaller than our last but high enough that me and my wife had no difficulties getting in and out. We originally went to a main Honda dealer and I must say I was very underwhelmed. I took a risk in going to a none franchise dealer and must say I was very pleasantly surprised. The experience has been great start to finish and we have had no issues with the car. I am especially happy with the way Harry dealt with us. I never give anyone full marks so I'll give them 4.5 Stars.

The service was absolutely flawless for the most part, The sales at the beginning was really informative, the team were helpful and I felt like I had a lot of attention paid to me and my needs. I went for a Lexus ES, I have had Lexus's before and see them as very reliable cars which offer luxury and comfort. The car has been great and I haven't had a single issue to date. My only qualm was when we came to do the paper work and everything was agree'd, the price I was offered for my part ex price was lowered and this left a bit of a sour taste in my mount. I would defiantly be back to buy again however, I would probably sell my cars privately instead.

We have finally took a leap into the world of EV vehicles with our first plug-in-hybrid. The car has been great, fuel economy has gone through the rood and we really like the shape, style and performance.. All in all, its the perfect car for us. We had some issues early on with the charge however, this was an issue with the wiring in our garage and also we haven't got any service history or warranty documents. I am working with Richard to try and get this sorted as we speak. Richard has been very good before and during the sale, I am confident he will help us with these issues as well.

I find with a lot of cars, you ether get luxury or performance and never a nice combination of the two. I chose the Mercedes E Class as I feel this is the only car in its class which offers the perfect balance of both. The car is perfect so far, no issues at all which I have noticed. I have done about 1000 miles so far so plenty of time for any teething problems to come through. Joshua was excellent, really nice lad from the get go and over all its been a really positive experience.
