Not cheap but great job. Still running fine to this day after 5 years but just got instrument cluster failure! Help, Ashley where are you?

Really good experience with Prestige Motor Company. They delivered the car to me and It arrived very clean and just as described and I think Its definitely good value for money. I have noticed a funny noise today but the car is covered by the AA so I will get it sorted with them if needs be. Overall I am happy and I would recommend the dealership.

I purchased a car from Prestige Motor Company in Banbury There were some faults with the car which the dealer was not willing to out right. He was very rude over the issues. I should have pursued him through the small claims court, but didn't. I would very much recommend avoiding this dealer.

That's incorrect. I did purchase a Mercedes from you. It was a good car, but had a few minor issues that needed to be sorted out. Your response to my warranty claim was both very unhelpful, and aggressive. Even threatening me with legal action to recover your legal costs should I take you to the small claims court. In your words "when we win, which we will, I will ask for compensation for our time and costs. And believe you me, our solicitors are exceedingly expensive". Advertised with Cruise control. But non fitted. Power Steering box leaking. Cost me £383.98 to get repaired. New Tyres £168. Windscreen wipers fitted the wrong way round. From a specialist dealer? Didn't notice this. You did sell me a car and walk away from your legal responsibilities. Would I recommend anyone to buy a car from you. I'll let them judge from my honest review. My name is Simon and I did buy a Mercedes car from you.

Simon You did buy a car from us 6 years before you posted the review in October 2009 a car that had covered over a 100,000 miles and had just passed an MOT by and independent garage with no advises and we did tell you that if you brought the car back to us we would look at the oil leak from the power steering box but we would not pay for you to have it fixed locally and your tyres were good enough to pass an MOT so I refused to do anything about them but you did have a warranty by Autoprotect an independent warranty company

I buy a car from you, and the power steering box is leaking (from the day I got it home). So you expect me to drive it 140 miles back to you for repair. At my expense, and in my time? For a fault that was present at the time of purchase? Not really reasonable is it? Tyres were described as 'Good Tyres'. Two of the tyres were 9 year old tyres with cracks in them. Yes, they are good enough to pass an MOT, but that (in my opinion) doesn't make them 'good tyres'. And of course, it was described as having cruise control. Which it didn't. You tell me that you read out the features to me in our telephone conversation prior to purchase. What was it, as 'spot the difference quiz'? to see if I could spot which item of spec wasn't included. Anyone who was honest would have informed me that there was a mistake in the advert and advised that the Cruise Control was not actually fitted. Pretty indefensible really. It was a good, 100,000 mile car. But a car must be as described. It wasn't. Quite straight forward really. You could have addressed it positively, but you didn't. If I recollect correctly at the time, for the tyres, I suggested you pay 50% of the cost of replacement tyres. Seemed pretty reasonable to me. Obviously not to you. You seemed happy to stand behind misleading statements, any you still do. Keep digging!

The person I dealt with at Prestige Motor Company Banbury was a horrid Man who was very rude and aggressive. I do no recommend this car dealer.

Hi Shelly As I belive we have never worked on or been asked to work on or sold a car to a lady called Shelly I really find it hard to see how we which is ethier myself ( and I am of senior years and if some one questions my knoledge of the Mercedes product can be slighly off but it is only because they are ill informed or don't want to hear the truth about a problem ) or my son and he is rude or aggresive he is just to nice to everybody that you could for this view about us and leave a nasty review.
