I had accidentally called this company thinking it was a garage in Sheffield. Over the phone I had pre payed for a pair of high end tyres with them without knowing they were around 5 hours drive away. This company was so helpful, so easy to contact and extremely pleasant over the phone. They are in the process of delivering the tyres to me even tho it was my mistake. Such good customer service and if I lived closer I would definitely use them as my garage. Thank you so much Prestige Motor Company I really appreciate your help especially the gentleman at costumer service that dedicated a lot of time to my problem!

Came to look at a car that we’d seen on Prestige website, loved it, Scott did all the relevant paperwork and within the hour we had purchased our new vehicle. I would highly recommend this company.
Car had loads of issues and they took the car back for 5 weeks to repair it. They never touched it and left my car in a state. Never repaired anything and I was waiting days for a response. Terrible service they were only bothered about getting the sale. After rejecting the car, they put it up for sale again no more than 24 hours later, still with the issues. Feel very sorry for the next buyer.

Bought a Range Rover sport here several weeks ago, traded my old jeep in got a fair trade in price from them. A week or so after I got the jeep the engine management light came on and I noticed a couple of other small issues, I called up and with no hesitation they booked me in and within a couple of days jeep was back all issues rectified. For a private garage I would have expected less to be honest but definitely easy to deal with through out. Would definitely nip back in the future
