Super happy with the service I received. I was accepted for finance quickly and easily then was able to pick up my car the next day. It was serviced and MOT’d for a whole year and was immaculate when I picked it up. Nigel was very friendly and informative :)

From the minute we arrived nothing was to much trouble. We were left to look the car over by ourselves, no pushy salesman.
I have had the car a few days now and today I received a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend to family and friends.

Called the garage on Sunday, arranged an appointment to view a car Monday morning. Arrived at Prestige Motors, the car was all ready for us to look around, test drive. Such a rude salesman, I’ve never had such an experience before. He was actually very rude from the onset on the phone but still decided to give the benefit of doubt and drove from Essex to view the car, which I was happy to buy that day. On arrival we couldn’t find the show room and called for further direction to be spoken to Rudely again.
When we arrived we wasn’t greeted by the sales man, in fact we were ignored and left waiting. We then decided you to just leave so a total wasted journey, which could of been a much more pleasant experience if the salesman just wasn’t rude.

We have recently had a very poor experience buying a second hand car for my daughter from another garage, resulting in us being very hesitant about starting this process again. We explained this to Nigel at Prestige Motors, and he pretty much left us to look at the car and but was available to answer any questions (this was all pre-lockdown).
We had arrived unannounced, and it was the morning after a night which was below freezing but the car started first time. It was in excellent condition both inside and out, but as we had some concerns as the car originally came from the North of England and by the coast, (the car we had issues with previously from another garage had a lot of corrosion underneath (as well many other issues)), we asked Nigel if he had any problem with us getting a friend who is a mechanic to look at it. Nigel had no issues with this and also confirmed he had full service history and that the customer who had brought it in as a part-exchange was local.
We arranged a time for our mechanic to view, the only issue found was the front and rear windscreen heaters were not working. Nigel promised to sort this out and also gave us the supporting documentation to g through which confirmed the servicing and the location of the car throughout it's life and that it had 1 owner.
Nigel called, after the windscreens were fixed, the car was valeted superbly and we paid / drove it away. I have left it a while before adding this review as it has not been driven as much as expected due to lockdown. However, so far, so good. Nigel was great throughout the experience and it has restored a little faith in garages. Nigel even called just to advise that it had been noticed that the car we arrived in had damage to the tyre, which could have blown at any time!
