I have had serious problems with Preston car sales in Wembley and the member of staff I dealt with has made my life hell for the past 4 months. I bought a Vauxhall Astra from here in March which as soon as I got it home started leaking oil badly on to my driveway. I took the car to my local garage and they told me the car needed a new engine and that I should take it back to the dealer and get my money back. When I tried to do this a member of staff denied there was any problem with the car and said he would have his mechanic 'sort it out' for me. I got the car back and a few weeks later it broke down on the m25 with myself and my 2 year old son in the car. To cut a long story short the car is completely useless and not fixable. When I contacted Preston Car Sales Wembley about this they said it wasn't their problem and that the car had been sold to me as spares or repairs. This is a total lie. I am now in the process of taking him to court to get back my money but I am horrified at how bad this company really are and the salesman who dealt with me. Avoid at all costs.

I don't recommend Preston Car Sales Wembley. I bought one crv from them all is well, paid do posit and agreed to collect car later on the day . After paying the rest of money I was given key and was leaving the car park to drive away . I noticed the Sat Nav showing error message. I hadn't even left the deals car park. I asked if they would fix it or do something about it as it was advertised saying has sat navigation . Long story I felt uncomfortable as this wasn't sorted out so I refunded the car. But I was charged £200. Even thought I hadn't left the car park of the showroom. I was not happy about that. Dealers know everything about cars and what works in them. I don't believe Preston Car Sales didn't know.
