Shocking! Pleasant on the phone, the rudest sales person I have come across in person, knew nothing about the car and stood there vaping. I knew more coming into it, he had to look up info about it whilst I was there, extremely bad attitude throughout, to my query that the mileage looks clocked due to the extremely low miles at points in the MoT, their response in an aggressive way “yes this car is clocked”, they objected to checking the cars bugs via port, which I appreciate most won’t even know how to do, their response, “we are a dealer that offer 6 months warranty, you are not allowed”, what are they scared of or hiding? Distinct impression this literally back street dealer are crooks, this said, I have no proof of this other than a really bad bullying type attitude and the look of the place. I wouldn’t waste your time with this dodgy looking and sounding “dealer”. On the 6 month warranty, again I haven’t bought the car, but based on the attitude of the sales guy, I suspect they’d always find a reason why your issue isn’t covered.

We went to view a Range Rover at professional cars this morning. The sales manager was friendly and pleasant, also very knowledgeable about his subject. We were under no pressure at any time and found any questions answered honestly and swiftly. We were made to fill welcome and had a nice lunch from the adjoining roxy chicken. We are now happy owners of the Range Rover which suits our current needs. I highly recommend this business.

We was met with a man 'around the corner' from the dealership. The car was advertised as just had a service done but when we asked about it theres no service history at all and was told one is due in around 5,000 miles... I was with my fiance and he didnt want to speak to me at all, he was more interested in what my fiance was saying/asking (who's a man). If I was on my own I would have had no chance! The car was filthy and looked like it hadn't had a wash in a very long time. Not recommended!

Professional Cars is the worst dealer i have ever see in my life, Very unprofessional dealing in cars back of a chicken shop with cats running all over the road, Stinks of food, Try to cover scratches on all of there cars with silicon spray, If i was you be very careful with professional cars in don't let there sweet talk? talk you in a deal of misery, All of there cars have been printed i highly believe they deal in damaged cars and sell them as never been damaged completely liar.
