Took my deposit, I paid for train tickets, but called me on the 11th hour to say car is not ready. My doubts were confirmed, I pulled out of deal to purchase the car. Never got my refund for the deposit, will pursue legal routes to get this back now.

Make sure you get everything in writing if you leave a deposit. Dealer told us it was fully refundable but have been unable to get it returned - even tho the car is still sitting on the forecourt! Caveat emptor - buyer beware!

Hi Im sorry you feel this way. As mentioned in the previous conversations, you choose to have the alloys customised in a different colour. The £200 deposit would therefore be forfeited if you then decided to pull out of the sale. That cost was contributing towards the customisation and in fact did not cover the full cost. We now have a car that has been tailored to your specification that we then had to remove at an additional cost in order to re sale the vehicle. Im sure you appreciate and understand that this is a perfectly normal practice.

Not sure what you're on about with the £200 for alloys. It was £500 for a car deposit which was fully refundable, as stated by yourselves!

Really happy with my Mercedes-Benz C-class that I purchased from here. Sam was more than helpful throughout the whole process and everything was spot on. He was very professional and quick to answer any questions I had about the car, he had the answers to any questions I asked he was really clued up and knew his stuff. I haven't drove the my Volkswagen Polo much since purchasing it at the start of December, as it is a present for my mum who is coming down from Scotland but I did get a chance to test drive the car and it was great for the short time I drove it. On the day of collection the car looked amazing, it was valeted inside and out.

I haven't had the chance to drive my Mercedes Sprinter properly just yet, as I'm still waiting for the V5 but I only got the van a couple of weeks ago so I'm sure it on it way but I did drive it home and it was spot on. I've finished for Christmas now so I can make a good start on converting it into a camper. Chris was quality while I was in the process of purchasing the van, no issues on my end.
