The after sales service was shockingly bad. I felt completely ripped off with everything that needed doing to the car. They wanted to charge me nearly £500 to replace the headlight washer jets, which is a very inflated price. Also, £200 to change a headlight bulb. I'm glad that I've now sold the Ford, which depreciated in value massively, so I never need go back there again.
Very poor service from the first minute of arrival. Parking poor, to non existent meaning that parking my car to look around the actual car lot was near impossible and excruciating. Going inside the actual dealership building, there was an atmosphere of what can only be described as "depression". From the cold lady employee (mid-fifties) sat at the front of the reception, to the fact that everyone in the building completely ignored our presence. That was until I went outside to look at the cars on sale.... We went to look at the new cars and were immediately "jumped on" by a ginger haired chap who applied as much 80s timeshare flogging tactics as possible. He ran our car down. He didn't listen to our budgetary requirements (I want to spend £11000 on a smaller car max!). Then he insists that "I want to spend over £13000, because that is paying for quality!" Well first of all if I wanted to spend that I would say that, right? Awful awful dealer...might not even buy Ford again.
