Bought a car from these guys They appear to be legit at first glance. They sold me a car with a failing clutch and gear box. Did not take return or ownership. I had to scrap the car in the end. The worst customer service I have ever received. Do yourself a favour and AVOID !! Please look elsewhere but at this fraud company.
Bought a car over the phone, they claimed it’s in good condition but when i started driving it, it’s full of faults and clearly not in a good condition. I wouldn’t recommend them for click & collect or home delivery purchase

I purchased a car off Q1they are very pushy sales persons nothing wrong with car .i was told the user manual would be in car.it was not there. Called them they said there was not one with the car . so i went on eBay looking for one .found one and ordered it, and yes you guest it it was off Q1 same Garage who i got he car off . apparently this is something they do on a regular basses .its a profitable side line .do the boss's know this goes on who knows . also don't buy the extended service programme they will be very pushy to get you to take this out .tell them you can get it cheaper they will drop the price . also the car wasn't clean
Helpfully delivered car quite a long way from their base. Car was clean and well presented. Only suggestion would be to provide a bit more info on the process (eg. payment, etc) up front. But overall very happy

Would just like to say I'm very happy with the car I purchased from Q1 Motors. They brought the car for me to view straight away. The car was great well presented & the after sales has all been very good.
