Recently bought a 63 reg Mercedes C220 from Quality cars West Midlands. Very clean and tidy with service history but no sat nav module. Craig ordered one which was faulty when it arrived - many apologies - and replaced it with another one within a few days. Seems to be working fine. I would recommend this dealer.
I bought a bmw convertible from quality cars, I’ve phoned and text him on numerous occasions about a few issues 1 was the brake caliper sticking on after 3 days of buying it his response was contact warranty this was after 3 days he didn’t want to know. I came to take wheel off and there’s no locking wheel nut removal tool, text him still haven’t had reply customer service is bad., keep away from them.

I have had my VW Golf for a few months now and I have had no bother with it at all. The car was lovely and clean and in very good condition and up to now I have had no issues with it at all. The dealer didn't know much about the car but was very friendly. I wold recommend Quality Cars West Midlands Limited.
