My experience was really good - The staff were very kind and patient. 5 out of 5.

I found the car online and I'm relatively local so I decided to pop in, and I'm glad I did. The staff were friendly and attentive. One improvement would be to get the cars out quicker because we were waiting 30 minutes for them to clean the car. I'd happily give them 4 stars,

My dad mostly dealt with them at the branch, but it was a good experience and the car is great.

The buying experience was great and the car is good, no problems. I am missing a cover from the boot though - I contacted them and they said they would send it to me but I haven't received anything yet. I would definitely consider going back there if they had a car I was interested in.

The experience has been ok. I did have an issue with the car and had to book it in to get repaired, but they couldn't find the problem so I'm currently monitoring the car to see if it happens again. The staff were very attentive and they let me get on with things in my own time which was appreciated.

All the staff were very helpful and treated me so well, thank you to the team. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Could not be happier with my new Q2. I have been using it almost every day, such a great drive and enjoyable car. All the staff were so lovely and the salesperson who helped me was wonderful. Any questions I had were answered, and although there was a minor issue with the car, they got me booked back in and sorted it quickly without any added stress. I can't wait to buy another car from here in the future. Such an amazing dealership.

The car is running well and everything is fine. Customer service was great and I was very pleased. There was no waiting around — the car was fully prepared and cleaned for me. No complaints at all.

Overall I'd say I'm pretty satisfied with the vehicle I bought & service I received from Quality Part X.
