Staff were lovely, I was there all day and then had to come back the next day because it took them a while to get the finance in place and the price on the car I wanted increased to include a warranty which was abit strange. Also we agreed a price for my part exchange but they then lowered the amount once it had all been agreed so gave three stars. However, the staff were lovely, everyone was sound and friendly. They kept me in the loop but its just a couple of little things.

The Ford Focus that I got from Quality Part X is going well, driving really well and I’m really happy with it, I saw the car on Autotrader I then went down and got it. The process there was really good, I saw seen to straight away and I wasn’t in there long at all. The salespeople there were always checking in and making sure I was happy. Was just really good customer service.

Everyone was really polite. We did find they were a bit pushy on the extended warranty otherwise, they were very nice. Especially as when we got there, we found out they hadn't called to cancel our appointments because the car we initially looked at it had sold, so they were very apologetic and helped us with a price to reflect the experience. The guy who helped us initially was very good. We did have a tyre pressure sensor issue but the problem rectified itself when we reset it.

First time going to a dealer so didn’t know what to expect but it was fine. Its not the fanciest of places but the car was as advertised and the dealer did fix a few problems I had with the car. It was a very easy process, they explained everything, sorted out the road tax, no issues, got driveway insurance which helped. Chris was really nice and knowledgeable and any issues he was honest about. Didn’t mess me about.

The process was nice quick and easy. They have a good selection. Salesman Jon was a nice guy. I’d probably go back in the future. Just waiting for a refund regarding a recent tyre change that was needed and I had to chase aftercare, it would have been easier if they answered straight away but as soon as I got hold of them it was fine.
