Buying experience: 4/5 Good knowledge about the car, history and features. Quality of car: 2/5 Car smelled with cigarettes smoke. We are looking at extra costs (of c. £300) to have this car thoroughly cleaned now. I do not know how this passed your quality checks before it was handed over to us. I already raised my concerns about the smell at the time of driving away to which sales rep said "I do not think this is a big problem" We use this car for family outings with young children, every time we are getting in it, it reeks with smoking smell. We also had issue with the TPMS which required me to return back to garage 2 to 3 times on the day I picked up the car first. Interior and exterior of the vehicle is in good condition or rather as expected for the 2nd hand car. So for this we would give 4/5 After-care: 4/5 The issue with TPMS was promptly resolved by the team. Overall, I would have liked to give higher rating scorea, but considering the smoking smell that we are living with everyday, this has ruined the overall experience .

When buying my Renault Megane from these guys, I did find that the staff were very busy, and we were sat to one side for a little bit—but we weren’t waiting long at all. Whenever we spoke to the staff, everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with. I had to wait some time for the logbook, as it was sent in the post to be transferred over rather than done on the computer, which I initially thought would happen. But that has now arrived, and I’ve been able to put my plates on, which I’m pleased about as it finally feels like my car. Based on my experience, I would buy from them again, its a 5 stars from me!

Had a great experience at Quality Part X, Tyler was a great salesman, very efficient and helpful. We turned up without an appointment and they were still able to accommodate. Car was serviced the same day.

Overall, I was happy with the experience I had at Quality Part X. I initially found them online, and once I got in touch, the staff were helpful throughout. The only thing I would mention is that the car could have been a little cleaner, but it’s been running well and I’m enjoying the Qashqai.

I found them on Autotrader so I decided to pop in - and I'm glad I did. The service was good and I'm enjoying the car.

I am really enjoying my new car. The salesman who helped me with the transaction was great. Any questions I had, he answered and helped with anything I needed. I did feel I could have got more for my old car than what was given, but I am still pleased with both the service and the car.

First fully electric vehicle. I had a hybrid prior to the Mokka-E, which wasn't a plug-in, so I am still getting used to having to charge it, but everything is running great and I am enjoying it. The service at the dealership was brilliant. There was no messing about, all the documents were done for me and I was in and out within 20 minutes. It had been cleaned spotless for me and is still smelling great now with that lovely car smell.
