I found the Vauxhall Astra advertised on AutoTrader and then called the dealership prior to attending the dealership, the communication was great. When I went to the dealership, it was good, they fixed a few little bits on the car.

So far so good with the Ford Focus. There was a slight hiccup on the day, but the management sorted it. I recommend it to a friend who went down to the dealership a couple of weeks ago.

Getting on very well, I came across Quality Part X on Auto Trader. I was looking for an electric car when I found the Hyundai Ioniq 5. The guys at the dealership were friendly & professional

I bought a Volvo from Quality Part X and the car has been good so far. My experience at the dealership was also good, and I really liked the flexibility they showed during the process. We were able to put an offer on the table, and the salesman went to speak to the manager, and we agreed on a price. It felt very straightforward and fact-based, which I appreciated. There wasn’t any unnecessary talk, it was short and direct, which suited us as we knew what we wanted and were ready to go ahead. Both sides clearly wanted to do the deal, and that made the whole process work well.

Everything was done smoothly.

Dealt with a young lad at Quality Part X, and he was good. If the car had been valeted to a higher standard, then the rating would have been higher, but that was the only thing, and I'd still recommend it to others as the Cupra is running well.

Went for the Mercedes A-Class, as they are nice cars in general and very nice aesthetically, haven't had any problems. In regard to the experience at the dealership, it was nice and quick and pretty good.

I recently bought a Lexus UX, which I found whilst looking on AutoTrader. Initially there was an issue with the Lexus after purchase. I took the car back to them, and they were very helpful in getting this resolved for me, and in the end everything was perfect.
