Bought a car on the 13/2/18 from Quantam Cars of Leicester described over the phone a boing really nice but having a small crack in rear light cluster...well the following day when it arrived ...the list of things missing ..not working...broken was as long as my arm ..and now they are refusing to refund our money....stay well clear of this garage ..very dodgy and dishonest!!!

URGENT! Terrible after sales service from Quantam Cars of Leicester... bitterly disappointed.... do not recommend at all. 11 weeks after I purchased this vehicle I am still waiting for the "full service history" advertised and promised at the point of sale. I was assured that the cam belt had been replaced prior to purchase and that the receipt to prove this would be sent to me within a week from purchase... still not received despite repeated requests and promises made by salesmen whose priority is parting you from your hard earned cash on the back of empty assurances and promises.
I bought a Ford Transit from here in January. The van was clean and in good shape but I have had a couple of issues with it which the dealers have disregarded so based on the lack of aftercare I wouldn't recommend Quantum Cars .
