Happy to sell you a car however if you have issues and need to claim on your warranty then they run for the hills. Sadly they are more worried about their reputation with Seat than looking after their customers. Never again. There are much better dealers out there who care.

Visited RM Fisher a while ago for warranty work and service. Rude and arrogant manager on reception, never called back on updates of warranty work progress, charged more for agreed price of service and couldn't be bothered to wash car off. Never again.

This is still a family owned firm and it shows in their everyday dealings with customers. I have bought 2 cars from here and never had a single problem. Their after sale servicing is very reliable with good feedback provided by knowledgeable staff. At servicing time they will provide a loan car or get one of their staff to run you into Lancaster and pick you up at an appointed time. The sales staff are not at all pushy and treat customers with proper respect, unlike many dealers out there. Now ready for a new car, a 4x4 which unfortunately Seat do not have, otherwise i would for sure be going back to Fisher's.
