From the very start Alex was very helpful, he said the car was immaculate and when I arrived the next day to take a look I was extremely pleased. At no point did I feel pressurised to buy the car and felt the whole process of buying the car stress free. I would highly recommend RAA Sales!

Was very surprised with this dealership as I have had some problems with others in the area. I bought a BMW Z4 from them and it was exactly as described and I was thrilled when I saw it. The laid back approach they had made me feel very comfortable as they gave me time to look around the without feeling pressured. I have had no problems with the car as yet but if I do I feel confident that if it does they will give me the best advice and help any way they can. Thanks RAA!

TIME WASTERS! I had a 120 miles round trip for nothing because they were 'optimistic' (I am being both polite and generous here) with the description of one of their cars. Had I travelled without calling them first I may have blamed myself for wasting £30 in petrol and 3 hours of my life, but I did call them first, I did question them about the car, and I did ask them to confirm that the car really was as good as they described. Well, needless to say it wasn’t. Did they think I would just buy it anyway because I had travelled to view it? Oh, and the little psychological trick of having a higher price displayed on the car upon arrival (significantly higher than the advertised or so called 'internet price') is not clever, its just annoying, especially as the so called 'internet' price was already over 'book' price.

I recently bought a BMW from RAA Sales. They had a very friendly, non-pushy approach and I was pleased with the car I eventually purchased. A couple of months after buying it, I had a small problem with a headlight. Alex was happy to help me get this fixed quickly and with no hassle. I was really pleased with the car and the after-sales service and would definitely recommend them to others.

I recently purchased a land rover freelander from RAA and can honestly say it was a pleasant experience. I leave just outside Cardiff and had my reservations with travelling such a distance but Alex reassured me that if I left a deposit and there car was not exactly what I wanted he would refund me straight away. I travelled up and stayed over night and can honestly say the car was superb. Although it's only a small family business the looked after me well. Many thanks

They forgot to leave my keys at a local Restaurant when I came to collect my car (in for 2 days) after hours. I had no lift and my car was on the main toad. I left a note read as thus "Where were my Keys, not impressed (then my reg and mobile)).( Thanks to the restaurant for trying your best for me ringing staff ) I live 45 min drive away. Next Morning they rang me to apologize. I agreed they owed me one and Richard ? launched into a torrent of abuse. They accused me of wasting their time any money and only booked it in to get money off them through the Warranty. Basically come get my keys and do one. I (when I got a word in) explained I already came back with my spare and got my car. He then told me there was "Bugger All" wrong with it. It was in for 2 days by the by on their suggestion. "We will look after you any problems call"(at sale) yeah like that eh. Very very poor dread to think if I have another issue. I won;t be going back ever ever again. Very poor,seen some true colours.
