They are all scrap cars with false mots and he laughs about it

Worst mistake I ever made using Rainham Motor Co. Can’t advise people enough not to use. Steven litterly has no idea what he is talking about. The last I heard was the company was going into liquidation so taking my car back was then never an option. Had to go through the finance company in order to have my car sorted. 3k later.............. Excuse after excuse after excuse.

To anyone considering a purchase from Rainham Motor Co, AVOID at all costs. Don't believe me? Ask them for the terms and conditions of their standard 3 month engine and gearbox warranty, which are non existent. If I could give them 0 starts I would, this dealership cost me thousands, I bought a vehicle which developed a dual mass flywheel fault noticeable within a couple of days of ownership, they refused to resolve the issue. The car developed an overcooling fault, they 'fixed' the problem, but on collection the car had the same fault. After inspection at an independent specialist the car also had both rear shock absorbers blown and leaking. Again refused to resolve. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Still waiting for the logbook from Rainham Motor Co after 6 weeks , dvla notified me they've never received the documents. Just applied and paid for a new logbook.

I purchased a Vauxhall Astra GTC from Rainham Motor Company back in January, and don't have a bad word to say about it. The people working there were nothing but helpful to me when I was purchasing the car, keeping me in the loop with the MOT and servicing process as they were getting the car ready for me. When the car was ready they called me to let me know everything was done, and that the vehicle was ready to be collected. It was also fully recleaned which I wasn't expecting. Upon collection the salesman showed me how everything worked on the car, which I found very helpful, and sent me on my way. I have had absolutely no issues with this car what so ever, it's the most reliable car I've ever had! Thank you very much Rainham Motor Company!!

Do not buy a car from Rainham Motor Co, I went there to test drive a car which seemed fine at the time, they assured me and promised me if I had any problems with the car they would get it back in and fix it, took the car for an oil service to my local garage, after doing the oil service the garage informed me my engine didn't sound right and to take it back to the garage I brought it from as an engine management light had come on, I rung the dealer they booked the car in for a few days later to check it but unfortunately the next day it packed up on me, I payed to get it toed back to rainham so they could look at the Audi! After looking at it they tried blaming it on the garage doing an oil changed and washed there hands of me, I took it to another garage which done an independent check and my timing chain had jumped braking my engine! I've had to pay £3000 to get my engine rebuilt as the garage will not even help me pay any of the bill, I am now currently taking this company to court to try and get my £3000 back! The cars under warranty and after paying 12k for a car now way should I be paying 3k for an engine rebuild! Seemed like a really nice company when I was handing over my cash, then soon as I've had a fault tried blaming it on the garage for doing a simple oil service! The car is still under warranty and they won't even pay anything towards the bill, I tried settling this without going to court but there not having any of it! So please beware buying a car from these if it brakes they will not help you!!!!
