Due to my husband being very ill, very suddenly, I needed to trade my present mini in for a mini countryman which would be more suitable for our needs. In 5 working days the team at Rangebrook had everything organised and on the day of exchange Jordan handled everything very professionally, I am very impressed and extremely grateful to the whole team and would recommend them 100%.
If I could give them 10 stars...no actually a MILLION stars I would! I bought a car from them a month ago and they have been true to their word and have gone above & beyond for me during the process of the sale (part exchange) & even after the sale. They are the most helpful, attentive, honest & friendly garage I have ever dealt with. The staff are wonderful including Stuart and resolved any issues very quickly. Looking to upgrade my fiesta St for a focus St, one came in at rangebrook and within an hour mark sorted my part exchange price and great finance package all at an affordable price. The service was excellent, everyone made you feel welcome and wasn’t made to feel pushed into buying which is great! Definitely a place I would recommend if you are looking for a car.
