I'm over the moon with my new car and can't fault this dealership, so far everyone has been really helpful and friendly, even after the sale too. I had a little issue with the car but nothing major, the dealership are sorting this out for me, and really quickly too! They have bene great with everything, so no complaints from me. Happy to pass on the recommendation to friends and family.

Do you know what... I'd give these guys 5* because everything went really smoothly and I'm chuffed to bits with my new car. I can't pick a fault so its top marks all round!

I recently bought a Nissan X-Trail from RDM Direct as a family car for my wife and I to share. We're both delighted with the car, its fit the bill perfectly all round. This is my first time using RDM and I found everyone to be very accommodating and helpful. I purchased a Peugeot 2008, it was the best on the market price, condition and age wise but I had no way to collect it. I contacted the dealership and they were great, they kindly arranged a delivery to my home address in next to no time. The car arrived just like described and has been lovely ever since. Will happily return in the future.

Really pleased with RDM as a business, they stuck to everything they said and delivered excellent customer service. A full service was included when I bought my Caddy which was fully appreciated, they made sure it was spot on condition. I was kept up to date and well informed during the process of buying it and they always returned any calls or messages. No hesitation in returning, goes without saying, of course I'd recommend!

My car is fantastic, drives really well and a fair price. I feel like I'm getting used to all the controls in it now, its an upgrade from the last and much more modern.

To be honest I would recommend to anybody looking to buy a used car. The customer service is spot on, they had a good selection of cars, all well kept and clean (I went in with something particular in mind but it was still nice to browse). Car has been great since driving it off the forecourt and nothing but reliable. Thanks lads, see you when upgrading comes around again.
