I would like to start by saying how helpful Nick and Sam at RDM Direct was, during and after the purchase of my Vauxhall Astra! Not long after buying it I experienced some issues with the car so I contacted the dealer straight away, they were really helpful in organising and sorting out, the customer service from Nick and Sam has been brilliant throughout and they have both been so helpful. Although I've had issues with the car I'm pleased with how they have been dealt with, this wouldn't change my decision to recommend and use again in the future.

Smooth transaction buying my new BMW X5 the car was delivered to me and the driver was fantastic he showed me round the whole car explained all the gadgets and how everything works, he was really enthusiastic and I felt he was excited for me.
