Was interested in a. Car seen on Pistonheads site and called to enquire and possibly put a reserve to view but was told another guy was traveling up to see the vehicle and it would only be fair to allow him to have first refusal. This struck me as being very genuine outlook on the selling process. As it was he didn't buy it so enabling me to place a reserve, with regret I couldn't travel to see the vehicle but the guy I dealt with (Jack) couldn't have been more understanding. I had all this without even buying a car from them so would imagine the whole process to be great if this was the yardstick of the experienced so far

Picked it up my new car from redburn motors today and was extremely happy with the customer service. Jack made the process very easy and I was dealt with quickly and efficiently and got on with my way with the new car. Spot on

Jack was really helpful not a pushy person let us buy what we wanted and could afford pulled out all the stops to get it ready a little bit earlier will definitely go to jack again but not for a little while hopefully Thanks for a great service Jack
Fantastic service and customer care from Jack, I picked up my new car and I’m so pleased with it. Jack made sure MOT, service, tax and my private plates were all sorted for me before I left the garage. Highly recommend.

Recently replaced my car and seen a car i liked online that was at Redburn MC - friendly and non pressurising staff but attentive when needing advice - arranged competitive trade in and delighted with my new used car - fully serviced as well. Highly recommend buying a car from this place - i will certainly return on my next need purchase - thanks again for a proffesional and efficient service 5 star!
We recently moved to the area, and my wife was looking to start driving again, after a while. We hunted for the car she had always wanted, a Mini, and were advised to go for an automatic, and found what we thought would do the job at Redburn motor, Blyth. On arrival we noticed every car was immaculatly clean, inside and out. After a totaly unpressured look round, we found one that seemd to tick all the boxes. Having decided that would do the job admirably, we left it for a week for doccumentation etc., and on collection the vehicle was brought to us at the bus station, fully serviced, MOT, immaculatly clean, number plates changed to the lady.s own, and good to go. Service and help thereafter excelent, nothing too much trouble. A pleasure to deal with, and will go back again, when a change is needed. Thanks to all at the garage, and the service department.

Just collected my new car today. Jack was amazing from start to finish. Went above and beyond to sort our new car out for the day agreed.
