I recently purchased an Audi TT from Redburn Motor Company. I am delighted with the car, the staff were knowledgeable professional and helpful. Around the same time my mothers landrover was due an M.O.T she used these guys to carry this out which was done without a huge dent to the bank balance. In summary the whole experience was a pleasure.

I have just bought a BMW estate from this car dealer. The car is fantastic and all of the staff were helpful whilst I was making the decision to purchase. Thanks to everyone for making it a smooth and pleasant transaction.

Absolute nightmare of a company from the minute I took delivery of car, loads of problems. In the end they came and collected the car, 3 weeks later car returned still with problems and guess what, they haven't returned my calls, stay well clear. Here is a list of my issues. 1. under sill hanging off, this cost me £60 only had the car 1 day. 2. 2 door handles damaged , fixed returned with bad scratches (photos to proof). 3. Rotton egg smell coming through vents - apparently washer bottle. 4. Tow bar electrics not working, apparently fixed within having car back dash board lit up like an xmas tree stating fault again. 5. Detachable tow bar key and housing on car when I purchased, missing on arrival so can't detach tow bar. The only one you will get some sense out of is Michael any one else will either be with a customer or having lunch.

What can I say, my old car was about to die, looked around and found a car at Redburn's. went in looked at the car, and was driving out with it within 3 hours, no hassle or issues, Michael went through everything to help sort the car purchase out. could not fault the customer service and the car is a dream to drive. I will be back when I'm done with this car.
