I have dealt with Joe Martin for nearly 11 years now. He is a very helpful, friendly and always have a smile on his face for the clients. I regarded Joe more than only a person who handled repairs as a job. I for one will miss him but as long as I have my Clio I have no other choice than going back to have my repairs done. Luckily Tamara is still there and hopefully she won't left soon. When I learned he left because he could get a promotion with Ford as an assistent manager I was stunned that Renault Croydon just let him go. He has been there so long and clients I spoke to, spoke highly of him. He will be greatly missed by quite a lot of clients. I do wish Joe a lot of succes. he deserves it. I only wished that Renault Croydon had a better insight of the people who work for them. First Malcolm and now Joe...... Shame. Thank you Joe for all you have done for a lot of people, Before I forget, Sean, the mecanic, always does a great job with my car too. Thank you Sean.

Sam at Renault Croydon is an example of how a salesman should be. He was not pushy, very helpful and made buying a new car a pleasant experience.

Three years ago I had a pleasant experience buying a new Renault from this dealership so when a friend of mine was interested in buying his first car, a Dacia, I recommended Renault Croydon. My second experience with Renault Croydon could not have been more different, We were made to feel like a nuisance, were told that we could not drive a short distance on the M25 (despite having arranged to do so( because , apparently , if you are driving with trade plates no passengers are allowed. The salesman made us wait whilst he chatted with his colleague and finished his breakfast and coffee and was grumpy and unhelpful during the short test drive. Renault Croydon have lost a customer.
