My husband and I received first class service from our outstanding sales executive Misbah Chowdury, from the first day we walked in just for general information and a test drive to the day we collected our brand new Captur. Misbah always made us feel respected and a valued customer. He kept all his promises and we received our vehicle within the estimated delivery date. He is professional, polite and knows is craft. To to it off he made a personal video of our collection for our memory. Had a very positive experience with this dealership having not considered purchasing a Renault before. Relaxed atmosphere - didn't feel pressurised at all. Sales executives professional and explained things clearly. Completely satisfied with my Renault Clio and look forward to continued association with this dealership.
Renault Watford were decent enough when I was in their dealership back in March earlier this year. My perception is that they , seemed like honest trustworthy blokes. I would definitely think about going back there again in the future because they were all good.and I have given top ratings for every question in this review.
