Very good service from Neil Morris, Neil covered every aspect and answered all of our questions, all paperwork completed in a professional manner, and car delivered on time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Booked car in to investigate issue with infotainment system. Car was only 4 months old. Renault Wirral called and said appointment was cancelled and it was up to us to get the car sorted out elsewhere. Complained to the Service Manager who was less than helpful. Car is still not fixed after 2 months. Appalling service would recommend you purchase a car from elsewhere.

Dreadful customer service, would not recommend them to anyone. In fact my advice would be to go anywhere but there!! Was buying a car for our daughters 21st, only to find it was sold when arriving for a booked test drive with a view to purchasing the vehicle! Posted a feedback and the manager of the garage never even bothered to respond! Avoid at all costs!!

Picked up our 2 year old Kadjar, engine managment light on, car was not cleaned to a decent standard, only one key card so had to bring the car back at a later date,after 6 weeks no log book so had to apply for it myself, really poor service from this dealer.

The worst experience I've ever had with any car dealer, thia Renault Wirral dealership cannot be trusted. If you want a Renault use another dealer, DO NOT TRUST THEM.
