I bought a new Alfa Romeo from this dealer. Throughout they were friendly and helpful - arranging test drives etc despite the difficulties imposed by the virus. The new car price seemed competitive. The car was available and prepared in 2 days as promised. I got a fair price for my trade-in and the process was managed well. The enthusiasm of the staff for the brand was obvious. Overall, I had a good experience and I would definitely recommend to others.
WE first dealt with Ashley at the Research Garage Group who was always efficient knowledgeable and courteous, and helped us throughout arranged the test drive that was very good, we should have picked the car up on 6-04-20 but because of the covid 19 restrictions this date was in-definitely put back. On the 19-6-20 we spoke to Lauren on line and then by phone, pickup was arranged for the Monday 22-06-20, where we met Lauren at the depot (2 metre taken to account) who was always pleasant courteous and knowledgeable, we completed the paperwork and are now in our lovely 'Abarth 595', excellent stuff.
Made a call to research garage Nuneaton for my car to have warranty work to arrive to drop my car off after being told on the phone there is a courtesy car available to then be told there isn’t after I battled all the traffic awful service won’t be going there again

I bought a Ford from Research Garage back in March and so far its been very good. The service at the dealership was great, and the cars seemed clean. I've had no issues so cant complain and would recommend!

I bought a car from here back in July. The car was nice and clean and as described but it had a few issues with the tyres and has taken a couple of days to get sorted. I am happy with the car now but not with the service and I would not recommend this dealership.

When I went to Research Garage Nuneaton Barling Way it was the first time I was buying a second hand car, and this dealership made the experience pleasurable, they was pushy at all. They are a family run business and you can tell that with the staff, the staff absolutely perfect, the seemed to care, were friendly, co-operative, the exceeded my expectations. The guy I finally dealt with regarding the paperwork was incredible, he made me feel very comfortable, it was almost like talking to a friend and I felt great about the purchase. They tried to meet me halfway with a lot of things, they were very helpful in negotiating the price and I was extremely impressed with the service. If would give them more than a 5 if I could, absolutely great.

When purchasing my car from Research Garage Group the guy that helped me through the process was very helpful, i got a 12 months warranty which was fantastic. I did have a small issue, but it was fixed straight away!
