Can’t recommend the boys up at REVITUPUK enough, from start to finish customer service was great, really helpful no matter what time of day/night they were there to answer any questions I had about the car I was purchasing. Can’t thank you enough the car is MINT. Cheers lads
Bought a mk7 fiesta st from Revitup uk back in September 2021. I haven’t had any luck whatsoever with it and customer service is non existent. They also said that they had sent the V5 logbook to me when in fact they hadn’t done nothing with it i was fortunate enough to have found the previous owner of the car and they had sorted it for me in the end since he was getting tax reminders of the vehicle. When purchasing the vehicle they were good but that’s obvious because they just want the money, within the first 2 weeks of owning it the turbo blew up and they wouldn’t repair it due to their reason that the fault wasn’t there at point of sale! Even tho i had purchased extra warranty and had 6mnths warranty stated by trading standards, 5mnth down the line with hundreds if not thousands spent out of my own pocket the engine has now started knocking.
To cut a very long story as short as I can, I purchased a BMW E92 M3 DCT (R33 PNW – matte grey wrap, spoiler and evolved tuned) from Rev it up uk and it was the worst purchase experience of my life by far. It took me over 10 months of stress and cost me thousands in legal fees, thousands in Car hire and other costs just to return a faulty car that was misleading sold to me. I’ll start with the day I purchased the car from Rev it up uk. First up the sales guys were unprofessional and had little knowledge regarding the cars they had for sale so couldn’t answer most of my questions. Unfortunately for me I ended up falling for this E92 M3 and the car was sold to me having a recent service and fresh MOT. I didn’t notice when originally looking over the car but by the time I got the car home the dash was lite up with warnings that needed attention. Low coolant, Low oil, Low tyre pressures, brake bulb out. This made me question the “resent service and MOT” Turns out the service was overdue and the MOT runs out next week. I was also given the wrong V5 and told to sort it out myself at my time and expense plus I had to chase the second key many times before it was finally posted to me. This was just the start of the problems. I sorted all the low levels and had the MOT done to find out the front tyres were down to the wires. The MOT inspector was shocked they hadn’t let go on me on my journey home from Rev it up uk. Looking in to further these tyres were mentioned on the previous two MOTs so you could imagine the dangerous condition they were in 2 years down the road. I put some new PS4S tyres on and had the wheel alignment done at my expense. The MOT inspector also mentioned the engine sump was previously cracked and had a dodgy repair done so was seeping oil. Apart from the sump the car now safe and legal to drive on the road. It’s obvious to me and I’m sure it is to you that no pre-purchase or per-sale checks are done on the vehicles they sell. If they did, they would have easily noticed the warning lights and the dangerous tyres with exposed wires etc. Surly no car trader would knowingly sell a car in this poor dangerous condition. The car wasn’t getting much use due to Covid Lockdowns but within 2 weeks of ownership (only 4 or 5 journey) the car started to go in to limp mode and would only run on half the cylinders. My BMW specialist spent hours on the car testing and changing components, coil packs / throttle bodies / charge rate / sensors etc but couldn’t figure out what was causing all the issues. The BMW master technician confirmed there are definitely issues as the car would fail with warnings and misfire on every journey for him, between 1 and 10 miles and the only way they could get to the bottom of it would be to put the car back to standard, Ecu/exhaust etc. At this stage I had no options but to get Rev it up uk involved and see if they could help. I asked if I could return the car as if failed within 2 weeks, I’d only done a few hundred miles and listed all reasons why it wasn’t as described and not fit for purpose. They said No let them try and fix it first before they look at refunding me. They then took out a year’s warranty and transported the car to their local BMW/ECU specialist. Who test drove the car a few times but couldn’t replicate the problems so sent it straight back to me with no changes done to the car. They also said they would not cover the expense for the MOT, Tyres and alignments that I had to get done to make the car safe and legal. Obviously, the car went straight into limp mode with bad misfire as soon as I got it back as nothing had been fixed, now with other issues like the revs on tick over would climb and drop on there on, the radio and clock needed resetting after most journeys, Ghost immobiliser was temperamental and the dodgy sump. I was asked to document and video the problems occurring. I purchased a OBD code reader so could read all the codes as the appeared and after sending 20+ videos to Rev it up uk of the car failing, warning lights, bad misfire, revs climbing, radio resetting, and all the random error code etc, Rev it up said they have done all they can the car has warranty on it now so fix it yourself. I called the warranty company straight away to find out I was not covered until the problem was found as they wouldn’t cover many hours of diagnostic work that the car needs. So now I’m stuck without a car and don’t have the means to fix myself and I’m not covered under any warranty. I explained all this to Rev it up but they didn’t want to know so I told them I only have one option now and that’s to go down the legal route, they said “fine go for it”. Thousands of pounds spent with solicitors over 9 month and Rev it up dragged it out as long as they could by not replying to any solicitors letters whatsoever until they finally got the final CCJ and asked to attend court. At this stage they had no option but to pay out as they didn’t have a leg to stand on in court. They finally got in touch after 9 months and offered to refund and collected the M3. After 9 months of stress and expense of me being in a hire car for months and the M3 in storage the car was finally refunded and the M3 back on the transporter to Rev it up in the same poor running condition it’s been in for almost a year. I didn’t get any sort of apology they just said, “We hope you find a car that better suits your needs next time” By this I assume they mean a car that’s safe and drives as it should. Shockingly the car was back up for sale on Facebook within 24 hours of them collecting it saying, “originally sold by us over a year ago, we welcome the chance to sell it again”. By this stage the cars service was 2 years out of date as I didn’t service it in the year I had it and the service was already overdue when I purchased the car plus the cars been sat still and not moved for 9 months riddled with intermittent running and electrical problems. They relisted the car for sale 3k more than I paid for it a year ago. I guess they need to clawback some of the expense the car has caused them. Rev it up uk know about all the issues because I’d proven this by the 20+ videos of all the problems sent to them (which I still have). They seem to have forgotten about all the issues or they must think the car has magically fixed itself. To be fare I wasn’t surprised a company like this would just relist a knowingly faulty car straight away and pass the problems on to the next unfortunate customer. As nice as the cars might look on their website, please don’t risk it and have to go through all the hassle and expense I had to. I’m sure Rev it up will reply to this review saying the cars 100% fine and they have been test driving it but that’s the issue with intermittent problems they are not always easy to replicate. I’ve proven the car can go a while without throwing up error codes and misfiring, the car has a mind of its own sometimes failing on every journey but sometimes would go 100 miles over a few journeys. After reading the reviews on Google and elsewhere it looks like I’m definitely not the first customer to be in this situation and sadly I’m sure I won’t be the last. I guess the positive reviews are the lucky ones. Everything I’ve mentioned is true and can prove. Thank you for your time reading this review.

You need to leave these on Google also, I only just spotted them.
Bought my CLA45 from Revitup. Mark and his staff was excellent, nothing was to much effort, they sent a walk around video of the car showing everything I asked for. Bought my car from me, gave a price without seeing it. And kept to their promise. Will definitely use them again. Thanks Dave & Elaine

Firstly, the communication unless he wanted money was always me. I paid £300 for delivery and it stank of cigarettes ash on the floor and was 4 hours late. Faults. 2000 miles more on the clock than stated. Crack on the windscreen Paint chips, I mean hundreds! Badge missing Brakes squel to the point of not wanting to drive it. Fault light on dash for lights/bulbs Gauge on rear boot where audi badge is. Damage to side skirts. Stinks of fatty foods and cigarettes. Tyres have 3mm of tread, not what I'd expected at all. Keys dont work properly and look like they are 20 years old Keyless entry faulty. Boot opening faulty. After repeatedly asking for audi paperwork, Dms paperwork, mot certificate, log book, still nothing! The car is only 4 years old and I've had to book it into Audi for a full check. At first glance it's a complete dog!!! Do not buy from these guys. I can provide photos if anyone does not believe me.

Bought a Mini Cooper S - LOVE IT. Dealt with Callum who was extremely helpful and very patient! Also dealt with a few of the other guys who were equally as helpful. The transaction was very smooth and easy with none of the hassle you get when buying a car from a large dealership. I would be very happy to buy a car here again. Thanks guys.
Was offered a value for my car it hadnt been checked thoroughly altho i gave my reg traveled a few hours to be told cant offer what theyd agreed initially.car we were going to have had lots damage, lacquer peel rust all of which wasnt mentioned so had lucky escape i think. The lads hadnt a clue when looking over my vehichle saying the bumper was not the original one and different colour when its never been replaced. They did give me my deposit back which was one positive note
3rd guy from the guys at revitup, 3rd car says it all! Hassle free, trustworthy and enjoyable everytime! No doubt I’ll be back again!
