I was sold a faulty car with numerous issues, I returned the car and had to threaten with trading standards so I could get my money back, it took 3 weeks. Not a rare occurrence for REVITUPUK unfortunately, STAY AWAY!!

After travelling down from Edinburgh 2 weeks ago to purchase my new Porsche Boxster in Black, i wanted to leave a review to show potential customers of the great service i received from the lads, i took advantage of there click and collect service, the car was already paid via finance company and literally collected my car with no interaction from staff, a simple passcode for key safe where my key was and drove off due to Covid in wales, there way of doing it i felt was great, email communication fantastic and cant recommend them enough

Let me start by saying this is regarding 3 matters relating to this buisness. First my own, Sean Farquhar then ewens. On the 7th of September 2020. I viewed their website and found a car (the focus i have) which captured my eyes. I immediately messaged them. I left Macduff on the 8th of sept to travel down in my fiesta to do a trade with them. On the 9th I arrived very excited to get the car. Was told straight away about the paint peeling on one side panel and that they would send wrap up to my house to cover it again. Even though I'm not a car wrapper or have any skill doing this. I was taken into the office and was told to put down a grand at first security deposit as I had forgotten all my services and receipts. But I paid £500 STUPIDLY! I phoned my local garage while in the office to prove they could provide the invoices for all the work and services after my first one from Arnold Clark. They said I would get the £500 back in return for this information for the fiesta. So I drove up the road knowing I could get this back as I could get the information even with the garage agreeing to find invoices. During the next day revitupuk, phoned ewen while he was critically sick in hospital to find out anything about my car after I had told them he was in hospital. They were digging for any information as someone wrote a comment which they screenshot asking if "i fixed my fiesta". They messaged me asking if I knew anything about it. But I said my brakes were dodgy hence the new ones put on. On the 15th of September they asked for the information and i said I was waiting on the garage to give me it but I sent over at least 15 screenshots including the one service from Arnold Clark of anything I could find about the car like receipts. However asking repeatedly how much I would get back (knowing £500) they wouldn't answer. They replied "all depends on how much you can get ahold of" finally on the 21st of September. So I replied I have gave you 1 service and some invoices I had and could find so isn't that at least part payment to try and get them to pay me something back so I knew I was going to get it back..... As why should I stick to my word if they weren't sticking to their side? Now today I have asked yet again when I will get my money and STILL that wrap they promised again on the 21st of September after having no reply for months. I was told today that I won't be getting my money as providing 1 or 2 services and some screenshots wasn't enough...... baring in mind this is 2 months AFTER the deal and them ALREADY selling my car on for the money they originally asked for so realistically they didn't need any services leaving me without this wrap they promised to cover what they done to the paint and £500 down along with the new owner not having the history book when they sell it on..... Now let's go to ewens experience. Ewen went down and sold his white evo for a mk2 focus rs. Once up the road the cars immobiliser wasn't working and it needed into the garage to sort the dodgy back street map that was on it. Revitupuk messaged and called saying they would rectify the problem. So ewen put the car into mb garage. The bill was around £800 which was stupidly paid thinking revitupuk would pay it back..... the car still wasn't right so he phoned them up to trade it in for the black evo 9. He first collected this car in Glasgow but when it pulled up it had 4 bald tyres on it straight away with first sight so ewen rejected the car. It was taken back down the road. Again they agreed a deal and ewen agreed and they took it up to him and its gear box went along with the clutch and everything. They had sent over money to try get this repaired. However the gear box went again without even driving a couple miles. This shouldn't be happening. The cars being sold are broken and run into the ground. Next we move onto Sean's experience. He bought a fiesta st which was sold with parts that wasn't on it when he checked. He has messages telling him to get a dodgy MOT because a decat gives the car more power. He was sold a car that was also leaking from the gearbox where he had to cover majority of the costs because they thought it was "too expensive" from a garage. Then once he wrote a review up from his own experience they give him a rubbish WhatsApp message. They sold on his golf to someone after replacing the fuel pump with a second hand one which failed for the new buyer. as the new buyer have messaged sean about it. This company has no customer service, poor communication unless your buying, money stealing from me, selling broken cars on claiming there fine, not fixing problems 100% and generally making up rubbish. Anyone else had problems or know anyone who has? Message me!

PX’d my car and it was prestine because I’ve looked after it, however I PX’d for another car + cash on my behalf I paid over the odds for the car! As the days went on I kept noticing more issues including scratches all over the car and small dents around the car I messaged them and they basically told me it’s my problem and not theirs! Do not buy from these cowboys! They’ are scum or the earth ripping people off!

Recently found a gorgeous, low milage Audi RS6 at Revitup, the initial communication was exceptional with plenty of help and efficient supply of photos and videos as requested. I took a risk and purchased the car unseen as I have done many times before, and with the security of some excellent reviews, thought i'd be ok. Delivery was arranged efficiently too, but that's when the issues started, and they're not improving. Although the car was beautifully prepared, it had a number of issues that Revitup will not respond to, or rectify : No V5C update No user manuals No Sat Nav disc No Air Con Front splitter had been removed when delivered, even though it was on all advert listings (replacement ordered). A not insignificant list of issues that on a £15k car should have been addressed before being delivered, or at the very least, mentioned to the customer, Such a shame as the car itself seems to run well (for now) but despite me messaging them about the numerous issues, none are being sorted.
