It was the first time I used the dealership, I only live round the corner so I have always been aware of them but never purchased. For my first experience I couldn't fault it. Harrison was great he answered literally everything that I asked it was great. The car itself had been valeted for me and I have used it everyday since purchase without any problems. Would definitely go back again in the future.

Everything has been great since purchase, done about 500 miles so far no problems at all. I have driven past before as I am local and decided to pop in. I dealt with Lee who was great, its been a good first experience.. I would recommend and go back in the future.

I came across Reynolds online while looking for a Mini, I liked the look of this one so went to view in person. I didn't feel mislead, everything was as pictured and described nothing had been hidden online. Lee who dealt with me throughout the sale was great, I will give him praise for not being a stereotypical salesman, he answered all my questions, I have no complaints at all. I am very happy with the car it was a positive experience.

Harrison at Reynolds was very helpful, he answered any questions and guided me through the whole finance process, although in the end I just bought it outright. There was no pressure at all on the sale. It was immaculately clean when I left with it and smelt nice which is always a nice thing haha. I would defiantly consider going back here again if they have the right car for me.

I can highly recommend Reynolds based on personal experience. This was my first ever car purchase and I was nervous about buying one without seeing the vehicle in person. I need not have worried. Lee was friendly, patient, and honest throughout my chats with him. As a result, I had a beautiful Maserati parked outside my house in under 24 hours from my first tentative enquiry. Lee went above and beyond. At no time did I feel pressured or patronised. And a lovely bonus. During our chats Lee discovered I'm a cancer patient and was awaiting surgery. He expedited delivery and waived the fee! 10/10, 5 stars, superb company to deal with.

What can I say , absolutely amazing I’m so glad I got my car from this team at Basildon Grant was really approachable and helped me get the car I wanted with a far than perfect credit history. Ok Lee Randell was amazing, he worked so hard to sort any issues out and nothing was too much to ask. My original car I bought unfortunately had issues which RMG took back and sorted a new car within days , no hassle , even better than my original car I ordered I couldn’t have asked for better Would I buy from RMG again ? I apricated the honesty and transparency when a issue occurred with the car I was initially looking at, they showed me another similar car which I was happy with and went for.
