I bought the BMW 850 as a project car from Reynolds. It’s a 30-year-old classic car, so it does need tidying up and a few jobs done on it. I’m quite happy with it. Reynolds have been quite good throughout the sale. It did take them a couple of weeks to get the car to me as they were doing a couple of jobs on it. Other than that, the whole experience ahs been really good

Friendly staff and test drive was helpful with staff coming along too - Adam was helpful and let us know options of extended warranty etc when finalising the sale. Everyone was happy for us to sit a little longer so we could sort out insurance before driving away and didn't feel rushed. Would definitely recommend the garage for someone looking for a new car

I’ve been dealing with Reynolds Motor Group for years, and I've never had any big problems. The Mercedes GLA I have from them now has been good, it did take a bit longer than they initially said to get the car ready, but it's all good now

I’ve purchased a mini from Reynolds for Christmas for my wife, and the car has been great! The Ranger I bought from them has had some issues, the toolkit is missing, the front suspension slightly knocks, and the brakes were squeaking, but they have resolved those issues for me. Despite the issues, the Ranger is a lovely motor!

When I bought the Raptor, the whole experience was alright. However, my local mechanic ended up finding an oil leak, which has resulted in me spending around 4 weeks without the truck right after I bought it. The communication from the dealership and garage could have been better. Reynolds Motor Group has paid for the repairs to be caried out.

Overall, the initial sales experience was good. We are waiting for one of the front vent clips that was supposed to be delivered, which I have chased up with multiple people at the dealership. Other than that sale process was good and there was a bit of cosmetic damage that they have resolved as agreed.
